Location

Minutes away from everything but still in a quiet area. I stayed for a residency week at A&M and could not be happier. Close to the college, and restaurants. Apartment was clean and well kept. It is attached to the main house but I never actually saw the owners. No invasion of privacy at all.Owner was responsive via message and there were no issues. I hope it is available for my final residency next year.

Good location, that is all

Location is good, a long walk, but within walking distance to campus & easy drive to anywhere else you want to go. It is very small (as expected) and has very poor lighting. If a woman is staying here, bring a lighted makeup mirror! It is not the cleanest place either…the outside of my velvet makeup bag was covered in dust just from setting it on the desk in the bedroom. And some of the white towels in the bathroom were either dirty or stained/discolored. For the extremely high rental rate, it should be very clean. I would not stay here again.

Excellent Location, great space

The house is perfect for a couple traveling in for a game or work trip. There was ample space for both of us to work remotely on a non travel day. House if fully equipped and has everything you forget. Pertinent information, (address & wifi) is listed in several locations for easy accessibility. Decor is well thought out and comfortable. Our host was very responsive and got back to me quickly about a request to check in early, checked in on us and made sure we had everything. We will absolutely rebook this space on our next visit.

Great location

Perfect for proximity to game day activities. I had requested a late checkout when I booked three months ahead of the stay date and never heard back from host until I contacted her again two weeks prior. It was booked but I would have booked another night if I had better communication. Couch could use some love as it sunk really low when sat in. And bathroom is outdated and so are soaps in the shampoo. Overall pretty good.

Texas A&M Visit

The property was exactly as listed. Excellent location. Quiet and safe area. Easy access to all things In college station. Very comfortable beds! Would highly recommend for 2-3 people.
