Det nybyggda pensionatet har ett sovrum med en bekväm queen size-säng, garderob, vardagsrum med utdragbar bäddsoffa, kök i full storlek, skafferi, badrum och tvättstuga. Ytterdörren öppnas mot ett stort övre plan med däck och bord för fyra.

Det fullt funktionella köket har ett kylskåp i full storlek, ugn och kokplatta med luftkåpa, stor mikrovågsugn, brödrost och kaffebryggare. Det finns platsinställningar, köksredskap, köksredskap, glas och andra grundläggande saker för matlagning.

I vardagsrummet finns en soffa som expanderar till en queen size-säng efter behov, bord och stolar och en platt-TV med lokala kanaler och DVD-spelare.

Det stora utomhusdäcket har två barhöjdsbord med plats för fyra. Däck har utsikt över ekskogen på baksidan av fastigheten. Det är perfekt för att koppla av, grilla och underhålla.

Pensionatet ligger på byggnadens andra nivå och är endast tillgängligt med trappor. Byggnaden är helt privat (ingen bor ner). Solpaneler på taket kompletterar byggnadens energisystem och ger det mesta av el- och varmvattenanvändningen.

Event stay

Santas Wonderland Trip

Stayed in the Garage apartment for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. While it is a small space, the lay out and everything provided makes for a great home base in the CS area. Everything is 10-15 min away and yet while on the property you feel like you are out in the middle of nowhere. It’s beautiful and quiet. We also had out 2 dogs with us and enjoyed walking them in the morning.

Wonderful place!

We had such a great experience. Although the square footage is small, the host makes great use of all of the space and at no time did we feel cramped. Very clean. Great proximity to Kyle Field and the parking was A+. The setting too is very peaceful. Highly recommend staying here!

USATF National Championships at TAMU

We spent 6 nights and had a lovely experience returning daily to this clean quiet cottage nestled in a wooded area. It was very serene, peaceful, and relaxing. The host was easily accessible and made us feel comfortable and welcome.

Very peaceful & relaxing

My daughter & I had an extended stay at the house, and it was very comfortable for the 2 of us. The property is very close to necessities, but feels like it’s miles away. Owner is next door, but you’d never know it. Highly recommend!

Quiet Retreat

The cabin was close to town, so we could go in for lunch/dinner, but far enough way to feel like you were in the country. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location away from the craziness of town

We stayed here for a concert on campus. The location was absolutely perfect. After being in the crowds in was nice to come back to a peaceful place to rest. The house was perfect size for our family of three. It was very clean and well cared for. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again if it is available.

Treehouse Retreat

Lovely property nestled among nature. The property is upstairs which places you at a beautiful tree line. The extended patio was great to spend time with family. The inside was exceptional - more amenities than expected. The property was located on a quiet street where we were able to walk our dogs. It seemed like we were out in the country but it was less than 5 minutes from the A&M campus & town.

Quiet location

The one bedroom garage apartment was great for me and my two teenagers. It had a queen size bed, a double sofa and a twin air mattress. It was in a wooded area so very quiet and peaceful. Only wish the weather cooperated so I could sit on the balcony. Only complaint is the sofa bed was not comfortable but everything else was great.

Wonderful country setting in the city

Had a lovely stay visiting son at Texas A & M. We were just a few miles away but nights were quiet and serene. Owner was lovely and welcoming. Perfect!

Another Great Stay at Piper Lane

Adam and Kathrin both attended and obtained degrees from Texas A&M University. We have lived and worked in the area for more than ten years. Adam owns a solar business and teaches at the university, and Kathrin is a veterinarian and doing research at Texas A&M.

This property offers the best of both worlds: It is a peaceful, country-like setting on 2.5 acres, away from busy town life, town lights, and town noise -- yet it is only seven minutes away (by car) to the university or downtown Bryan!

The New England style construction is cozy and somewhat unique in this area. The wooded setting and large area of natural landscape offers more privacy than typical neighborhoods. The neighbors are friendly, helpful, and many are often out walking on the main road.
