Det nybyggda pensionatet har ett sovrum med en bekvÀm queen size-sÀng, garderob, vardagsrum med utdragbar bÀddsoffa, kök i full storlek, skafferi, badrum och tvÀttstuga. Ytterdörren öppnas mot ett stort övre plan med dÀck och bord för fyra.

Det fullt funktionella köket har ett kylskÄp i full storlek, ugn och kokplatta med luftkÄpa, stor mikrovÄgsugn, brödrost och kaffebryggare. Det finns platsinstÀllningar, köksredskap, köksredskap, glas och andra grundlÀggande saker för matlagning.

I vardagsrummet finns en soffa som expanderar till en queen size-sÀng efter behov, bord och stolar och en platt-TV med lokala kanaler och DVD-spelare.

Det stora utomhusdÀcket har tvÄ barhöjdsbord med plats för fyra. DÀck har utsikt över ekskogen pÄ baksidan av fastigheten. Det Àr perfekt för att koppla av, grilla och underhÄlla.

Pensionatet ligger pÄ byggnadens andra nivÄ och Àr endast tillgÀngligt med trappor. Byggnaden Àr helt privat (ingen bor ner). Solpaneler pÄ taket kompletterar byggnadens energisystem och ger det mesta av el- och varmvattenanvÀndningen.

Lovely quiet cabin, close to Traditions Gold Club. The bed was very comfortable, but so high difficult to get into if old or short. Able to bring my small dog and we enjoyed the deck.

Very pleasant stay

Loved the location and how quiet the area was. Very clean and perfect for a 2 night stay for niece’s Vet school graduation. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet Retreat

The cabin was close to town, so we could go in for lunch/dinner, but far enough way to feel like you were in the country. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place!

We had such a great experience. Although the square footage is small, the host makes great use of all of the space and at no time did we feel cramped. Very clean. Great proximity to Kyle Field and the parking was A+. The setting too is very peaceful. Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful country setting in the city

USATF National Championships at TAMU

We spent 6 nights and had a lovely experience returning daily to this clean quiet cottage nestled in a wooded area. It was very serene, peaceful, and relaxing. The host was easily accessible and made us feel comfortable and welcome.

Adam and Kathrin both attended and obtained degrees from Texas A&M University. We have lived and worked in the area for more than ten years. Adam owns a solar business and teaches at the university, and Kathrin is a veterinarian and doing research at Texas A&M.

This property offers the best of both worlds: It is a peaceful, country-like setting on 2.5 acres, away from busy town life, town lights, and town noise -- yet it is only seven minutes away (by car) to the university or downtown Bryan!

The New England style construction is cozy and somewhat unique in this area. The wooded setting and large area of natural landscape offers more privacy than typical neighborhoods. The neighbors are friendly, helpful, and many are often out walking on the main road.
