Check in was very easy and convenient, also nice that it’s at noon because most places in the past are at 3 to 4pm and you lose a beach day. Place was very nice and clean, the pool area was fantastic, and the owner Ed was very easy to get in touch with, hope to use this property again in the future.

The AC was barely working and the place was hot. It just does not get much worse than that at the beach. We were only there for two days so getting it fixed just wasnt an option. Its the kind of thing you just have to stay on top of as renter. The AC was set at 85 which at the beach is nuts even in between renters. No wonder it broke.

Lovely and comfortable condo

This property is a gem. It's clean, cozy and makes you feel right at home. It's close to a nice shopping center with plenty of eating options. The owners are very nice people and very responsive if you have any concerns. I have been staying here for several years now and wouldn't stay any where else!

Excellent stay

Second time we stayed at Ed’s. Location is great, short walk to the beach and pool. Short drive to the board walk and fenwick. House is spacious for our family of 4. There was a miscommunication with the cleaning crew during our check in, however Ed quickly resolved the situation and made sure we were taken care of which was appreciated and shows how responsive he is to his renters. Would stay again!

Wonderful Stay!

My family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this property. It was super clean and well stocked with every appliance, glassware, home items, etc. that you would need. The location was perfect...short walk to the beach and short walk to any restaurant/store/attraction you could think of. Ed was a very thorough host, making sure we had all the information located on a binder that we would need during the stay. We definitely look forward to next summer and booking this property again!

Great value in ideal location

We stayed two nights for a soccer tournament. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Location was ideal. The house was very clean and beds were comfy. The only downside would be that the place was a bit outdated but that wasn’t a big deal for us. Would definitely recommend to someone looking for an affordable, no frills, clean place.

My favorite place to stay in OC!!

My husband and I have stayed at his property for several years now. It has all of the amenities that are needed and we love the location as it's not right on the main beat and away from all of the traffic. The home is always clean and a very comfortable stay. The parking lot plaza is a definite plus to park our vehicles while we are on our bikes and the stores in the plaza are convenient as it has restaurants, shopping, liquor store, rite-aid and a few others. It doesn't get better than that.

Everything was great we enjoyed our stay! Place is well equipped with everything you need and it was close to the beach a few upgrades needed. But all in all great place to stay with family and friends!!

Excellent stay!

We had such a good time staying here. It was clean and spacious and well taken care of. One of the best condos we have rented in OCMD. The neighborhood and pool were great with an easy walk to the beach. We hope to stay again next year!

Condo in the heart of OC

Would stay here again. One of the few places I’ve stayed where the pictures are exact to the location. Was concerned it would be loud and busy but it was not. Pool was excellent.

Ok beach place

Very comfortable mattresses in all bedrooms, nice comfy couches in the main living space, place was clean upon arrival and it is an easy walk to the beach. Appliances are outdated and unfortunately the dryer broke while we were there. This won't be a problem for future renters since the owner replaced washer and dryer after we left. The apartment is located right on rt 1 so the back porch has a lot of noise from the highway and we couldn't use it.
