Fall Break

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house itself was fantastic, and the location was excellent. We really enjoyed the property and would have had a wonderful stay overall.Our biggest issue was with the security staff. They seemed to take their jobs entirely too seriously and repeatedly heckled both adults and children over wristbands. Once behind the gate, it honestly felt more like being monitored than being on vacation. There seemed to be very little common sense or good judgment used, and several interactions came across as unnecessarily rude and confrontational.Unfortunately, our trip was also cut short due to a mandatory hurricane evacuation. We were told we needed to leave as soon as possible, which of course we did for safety reasons. However, we were disappointed that we received no compensation or refund for the portion of our stay we were unable to use because we were required to evacuate.The home and location were truly great, but the security experience and the handling of the mandatory evacuation definitely put a damper on an otherwise wonderful property.

Once you get past the up and down the stairs constantly it’s not too bad because of course the kitchen is upstairs and master bedroom is downstairs. Love the little pool in front yard after being at beach all day. Love the private beach access. Love the area kids were able to walk across the street for ice cream and lots of shops. Everything was within walking distance. Short walk to beach easy and great for a family with small ones and teens too. Trim the palm trees. They kept hitting us in the face.

The house was very clean and everything in order. Unfortunately being spring break it was extremely noisy. The houses are right next to each other so everyone can see inside everyone’s pool and porch. You can hear everyone talking etc. It was a perfect location to walk to shopping and eating. Next time I’d go a different time of year when less people. It was just a 2-3 minute easy walk to the beach. Beach itself was not crowded since it was private to that location Just info to keep in mind when booking.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was the perfect size for 6 adults and great location to the beach and restaurants. There were some downfalls though! Upon arrival there were hairs in our bed and bathtubs. The floors were dirty that our feet were black. The outlets in the bathrooms and the toaster were broken. I brought my concerns to the team and they were fixed and did a clean of the home again. Overall a good house just some little things that could improve.

Great Location and House

We had a fantastic stay. The location was perfect - a short walk to both the beach and Rosemary Beach shops. The kids loved the pool, and the bikes and the beach umbrella service were used every day. The property manager was very responsive. All the bedrooms were large and we had plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again.

Daydreams by the Sea - Family stay

My family and a couple of friends stayed at this property in May and it we really enjoyed the accommodations and location. We liked the short walk to beach, the complimentary beach set up, the four complimentary bikes, and the pool. We liked the extra gated security and many shops and eateries were in short walking or biking distance.

Beautiful Home

We definitely enjoyed our time here. First time in the area and we will be coming back. The home was clean and spotless. Manager was very responsive and kept checking in to make sure all was going well. We had a restful time and it felt like our home away from home.

Great property in an excellent location; close enough to Rosemary Beach to walk but far enough away so it’s less crowded. The Waters Edge neighborhood is quiet, beautifully maintained and convenient to the beach.

Rosemary Beach

This has to be one of the coolest places in Earth! Neighborhood was out of this world and the house was beautiful! Only recommend to upgrade patio furniture.

There are no streets to cross to get to the beach access, and the home has its own private pool! You are close to shopping and dining, but still located in a quiet neighborhood. Great Location!

This really is the preferred location! Not only is it a gorgeous neighborhood but small enough that it feels quaint. The homes are arranged in cul de sac with a middle common walkway to beach. 2 of my favorites of this property are the easy walking access to Rosemary’s downtown. The other is the beach! There is a private area exclusively for this neighborhood so not as crowded as the surrounding areas. Really enjoyed our stay and plan to make this a regular trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nicely updated house. The 3 bedrooms are good sized, and the master bedroom also has a large closet which we used for the baby's crib. Easy 2-3 minute walk to the beach.

Great week at Daydreams by the Sea

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in Water's Edge many times, but this is the first at this house. It's a little on the smaller size with 3 bedrooms, but the layout is functional and the house was immaculate. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This space was perfect for our group of six, I liked how everyone had a bathroom attached to their bedroom. Pool was great for post-beach or morning, bikes were a nice touch. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils. Our only complaint (and it happened on everyone's bed) was that the fitted sheet didn't really fit and would roll off the mattress. Other than that, beds were super comfortable and everything was very clean. Would recommend!
