Välkommen till Nashville Folks! Detta helt nya hem erbjuder den bästa upplevelsen som Nashville har att erbjuda. Det är ett av de största och mest rymliga husen i området. Den öppna planlösningen ger alla i ditt parti gott om utrymme att sprida och njuta av. Det stora bonusrummet är bekvämt och mysigt för stora grupper att umgås. Köket är modernt, med eleganta apparater och har en ö för extra sittplatser. Dessutom är köket utrustat med grundläggande köksredskap, disk och dryck, en brödrost och en kaffebryggare. Sängarna är extremt bekväma och badrummen är rymliga för att göra det enkelt för stora grupper att bli redo. Det finns ett vackert bakre däck med sittgruppssittplats och gaseldstad och ett övre frontdäck med extra sittplatser. Huset är en 7-10 minuters Uber eller taxiresa till Broadway. Detta är en av de största / trevligaste AirBnB-egenskaperna i hela Nashville och jag är säker på att du kommer att älska det!

Great communication from ownerGreat location to Broadway- cheap uber ridesGreat amount of beds and space - 9 women stayed very comfortably Only suggestions I would have were - new set of pans along w more silverware AND bathroom sinks drained very slow, need to be cleaned out. Our stay was absolutely perfect! Check-in was simple and stress-free, and the owner went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly throughout our visit. The location couldn’t have been better—just a quick drive or Uber ride to Broadway. After long, fun-filled days downtown, the back porch and fire pit became our favorite spot to relax and hang out together. This home made our trip unforgettable, and we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Amazing! Don't pass this one up!

We came to Nashville from Illinois with our friends to celebrate our friend's daughter's 21st birthday! This house is nothing short of amazing! Jill was awesome about communicating! The house was clean, perfect for entertaining, cooking and hanging out! It's a quick Uber ride from Broadway and quiet at night! Perfect!

Had a great visit for CMA Fest with a group of 10. This property was clean, modern, fully stocked and just as advertised. Only a short Uber ride to Broadway so really easy to get around. Would highly recommend.

Nashville Vacation

Overall the house is very nice and located close to downtown. It was an easy uber ride to the downtown bars. We also found some local restaurants that were good. We had a few issues with lights not working but the property manager came over the 1st night and replaced the bulbs that were out. Unfortunately Nashville had some bad rain storms right before we arrived so that made the outside unusable but we enjoyed hanging out as a family instead.

Beautiful Spacious House and Great Location!

We rented this house for a long weekend and absoutely loved it. It was beautiful and spacious with beautiful walk in closets and plenty of room for the 5 ladies in our group. Great locations as it is about 10-15 minutes from everything we wanted to do. Our first trip to Nashville and it was one for the books. I would love to stay here again if and when we come back to visit.

Great rental experience! The house lives up to the listing photos. Very clean! The location was convenient. Both Jill and Mike were so responsive and helpful during our stay. Highly recommend.

Family Stay in Nashville

The property is nice. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. It’s within 10-15 minutes of everything around Nashville. The bathroom upstairs could use a shower liner and needs some upkeep done.

Beautiful and comfortable

This home was perfect for our family of 9 (all adults). Lots of room to spread out. Could have used a 3 bathroom for group size, but bathrooms were spacious and modern. Owner responded to questions quickly. Just far enough out of busy areas but close enough to go back and forth. Would highly recommend to others and would stay here again!

Clean, spacious property. 10 minute Uber ride from Broadway

We stayed with a group of 8 and it was perfect for us. Lots of room and the house was clean and well stocked, it was as advertised!It was located on a quiet up and coming street.We stopped at a variety store a couple blocks away and the owner informed us that it was unsafe to be in there but overall we felt more than safe at the house and on the street. The house was everything we hoped for and more

Birthday Weekend

Had a great time celebrating a couple 21st birthdays. Plenty of room for us, our daughters, and their friends. The place has plenty of space for the group and was comfortable. Excellent location to Uber/Lyft to Broadway for about 10 per trip. Would stay there again and recommend. The owners were very responsive to questions as well.

One of the Hottest locations in Nashville! This is a brand new house (one of the largest homes in the area) and it's located on a quiet street even though it's near all the hot attractions (Broadway, Top Golf, amazing restaurants/shops, Titans Stadium etc). It also has a beautiful back deck with lounge seating and a fire pit! Great for large groups!
