Detta nya tre sovrum, 3. 5 badrum hem är designad för bekvämt boende och underhållande. Inget sparades på detaljer eller kvalitet på material. Golven är ek, marmor, granit och svin. På plats asfalterad parkering för sex bilar. Detta nya tre våningar hem har nya sängkläder, möbler och köksredskap. Det rymliga köket har en matplats på ön med plats för 10. Det fullt utrustade granitköket är redo att laga mat och underhålla. Köket / vardagsrummet ser över sjön på huvudnivån. Grundnivån har ett stort sjösidrum för att underhålla. Det finns också ett komplett badrum med en 30 "x 60" dusch och tvättstuga. Gott om plats för flera luftmadrasser också. De tre sovrummen på tredje nivån har en ny kung, drottning och två enkelsängar som bekvämt sover 6. Det stora sovrummet badet har en 4 fot fyrkantig dusch. Familjebadet i marmor har en 36 "hörndusch. Uppfarten är omgiven av en torr staplad kalkstenvägg och landskapsarkitektur. Norra sidan av huset har en stor uteplats med ett paraplybord och stolar. Husets södra sida är allt gräs och har en eldstad på vattennivån vid bryggan. Den nya aluminiumdockan sträcker sig ut i den kristallklara sjön med en stor 12 'x 8' änddel för fiske eller solbad. Vattnet är cirka 40 "djupt under större delen av bryggans längd. Vattnet blir flera meter djupare lite längre ut.

Great Lake House!

Beautiful, right on lake, took kayak's out for a few hours and paddleboards too!! Close to Geneseo for any supplies.

Graduation Weekend on the Lake

The house itself was great as was the location. Right on the lake with big windows and patio to enjoy the view. It was nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. We also appreciated the early check-in that helped our arrival day so much. Would definitely stay again.

Labor Day retreat

Mark was great about letting us check-in early which meant the kids could play on the water sooner. House setup was perfect for families. The kayaks and paddle boards were great. Overall it was a fantastic stay

Best Rental Ever!

The cottage, location and cleanliness were exceptional. After renting cottages on the Finger Lakes for many years, this was by far the best rental ever. My wife, children and grandchildren had the time of their life and we booked it again for next year.

Superb Stay

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. The location was excellent and quite peaceful. House was immaculate, well appointed, and accommodated our family of 5 perfectly. We enjoyed the paddleboards and kayak, and spent many hours on the water. Mark is a very responsive host and answered any questions we had within minutes. We would love to return next year!

Great Lake Getawat

We had an awesome stay here. The house is very nice, many full bathrooms. The beach was a big hit with our 6 and 2 yr olds, nice in a cove where it’s shallow and protected from the bigger waves. Great location, would absolutely consider staying again!

Our too short vacation.

We had a wonderful time at the New Build. The house is very nicely laid out with many amenities. You can see that a lot of thought was put into the little things like lots of towels and kitchen accessories. I have 2 recommendations. 1) the house is on a blind curve to the south so mounting a mirror across the street would be helpful, and 2) we rented a pontoon boat and we couldn’t easily slide into the sides of the dock so we had to use the end of the dock. Overall I definitely recommend this house to anyone.i

Superb location on the lake

The house is absolutely fantastic. Everything was in tiptop shape. The layout is perfect. Looks like a five star modern hotel. Very well stocked as well. It is located on an excellent spot in the lake. Just feet from the water with a wonderful view of the sunrise. Fishing off the dock was great. A lot of bass activity! A quick ride in a boat or a car and you can get to the park at the top of the lake with the sandbar and swimming. Kids had tons of fun snorkeling for shells. The family absolutely loved it and are already planing to return.

Awesome location

Awesome place. Well equipped. View of the lake was outstanding. Having 3 and a half bathroom was great. The only slight negative was pulling out of the driveway. The bushes (probably the neighbors) block your view so you had roll down you window, and listen for oncoming cars before you pulled out. Other than that, we absolutely loved our stay and would stay again.

The property was all water from all the windows, gorgeous. Very clean and very well supplied. Best thing was how many wonderful day trips there are from this perfect location.

Lakeside charmer

Went here off-season for the eclipse. Great view and peaceful place. Easy to get to and loads of things to do in the area. House was clean and neat. Did have some WiFi issues but not a big deal. Easy to work with the owner and communication was great!

A Great Getaway

This home is great for a short or long stay. A short drive from the thruway and town, easy access, large driveway for parking, yard and dock. Nice and open, several bedrooms and bathrooms, 3 stories and all recently remodeled.

Beautiful home

Perfect hime on Conesus Lake. It had everything we could ask for. Suggestion - trim the bushes at the road on the south side of the driveway. Hard to see pulling out. Did it by sound, which was a little nerve racking.

GREAT PLACE!! Well stocked, clean. Quite a few great restaurants within 10 min. Mark was a perfect host. Answered any questions, made some great restaurant reommendations and local activites. He always replied within 30 min. Great spot for family and boating. Definitely recommend.

Great cottage on a beautiful lake. Will stay again.

Very pleased with the layout of the bedrooms and kitchen and the living area. Only 1 suggestion. When. backing out or going out to the road it would help if the bushes to the left of driveway were cut back so you could see the traffic coming by. The cars seem to go Whizzing by. But that is an easy fix. Otherwise everything was very nice.Loved the access to the Kayak's and sitting on the deck in the am. Thanks Mark. We had a wonderful time.

I purchased this property in June of 2016 as an overgrown lot with a basement. Over the past 10 months I have transformed this property into a beautiful 3 bedroom lake house for family and friends to enjoy. I am the owner of a construction company that builds roads and an occasional house. This was a lot of fun to build, but more work than I imagined.

This property is located 2 miles south of the north end of the lake on the west side. Because of it's position on the west side of the lake, we have beautiful shade in the evening with the breeze at our back. The house is located in one of the lake's prime fishing coves. If you fish this lake or like a quiet cove, you will love this location. The water is about 40" deep for the first 70 feet from shore, then it drops several feet.

This location is only two miles from gas stations, restaurants and ice cream. Only 4 miles from Rt. 390 and 20 minutes from Rochester.
Wegmans supermarket is 10 minutes away in Geneseo. Many restaurants and movies in Geneseo and Avon.
