Den ursprungliga allra första stugan på Long Point, tidigare Charlie Bates båtliv och betesbutik. Alla nivåer gården stora vattenområdet stranden går gradvis ut från noll till 6 'i 150'. Lugnt område i slutet av en återvändsgränd. 20 minuter från Marketplace och 5 minuter från Geneseo och allt som behövs av Wegmans livsmedelsbutik, massor av bra restauranger och saker att göra. Minuter från Letchworth State Park, minigolf, go karts, gratiskonserter, vingård och mycket mycket mer. Förutom inomhusköket finns ett uteservering med ett fullt andra kök. Separat våningssäng har 2 dubbelsängar och 2 hopfällbara soffor. 2 angränsande däckområden, gasgrill, 120 "dockad delad med vårt andra hus intill har fantastiska sittplatser definitivt en av de bästa utsikten på sjön mitt i mitten! Se soluppgångar, månuppgång och solnedgången från bryggans slut. @ sovrum i huvudstugan, en drottning och fullt utdrag i huvudrummet. Många och många sätt att ha kul !!! The cottage was very cozy and right next to Long Point Park. The neighborhood was friendly as well. We enjoyed being able to watch ducks from the porch.

Very clean and beautiful house on a private road 30 second walk to the park. Kayaks and paddle boards were great. All right on the lake. Family loved it!

Great value

This is a great place if you are on a budget and want to be on the water.Beautiful spacious dock overlooking the whole lake. Lots of outdoor seating and kayaks/paddle boards/floats to use.

We throughly enjoyed our stay!A few of my favorite pros were the rocking lawn chairs on the dock and around the fire pit, the two kitchen areas (the two refrigerators were very handy), and our granddaughters loved the water crafts!A couple cons were no extra blankets and no ladder off from the dock. Overall, it fit our needs very well and we had a wonderful few days on the lake.

FLX indoctrination

This was our first trip to upstate NewYork. We loved the property and area. Had lots of fun exploring the FLX!! It was so nice to come back to the house and sit on the deck, listening to the water.

Great outdoor space.

The property was although older pictures, pretty much as advertised. The outdoor space made it a worth while place to stay. Plenty of room but only 1 comfortable bed. Would be great for a family with small children.

Clean, Comfortable, Excellent, Location and Host

We visited the area for an event in Genesseo. This was an excellent location and the home was delightful. We were pleased with the excellent communication of the host who answered our questions promptly before we booked and during our stay. The home is well maintained and nicely equipped. It is a lovely location and close to everything we needed. The description of the home is very accurate. We hope to vist again in the future.

Conesus 2024

We loved our visit! Plenty of room. It was nice having 2 refrigerators. The view was excellent & we loved all the water sports toys. It was convenient to be right next to the park for the kids to play kickball and soccer. The only thing that needed improvement was the table on the deck. It was stone & falling apart & you couldn’t clean it.

Had a great time. Price was right Few things needed to be addressed but every place is not 100%. i would definitely go back. Owners can't fix anything if you don't write a small message to let them know what needs fixing. Only way they know how to make things better . Excellent location.

Quirky, but did the trick.

Plus's - right on the water, totally flat, lots of water toys to borrow, two refrigerators, the deck is perfect, plenty of outlets and the A/C was awesome. Minus - Can't really sleep more than 3 adults. Top bunk would only work for a small child due to ceiling height, bottom bunk futon is very uncomfortable, two of three of us couldn't unpack due to lack of dresser space, bare bones for blankets so I'd bring your own. Supplies were provided but in the smallest quantities. The door to the house has the deadbolt at eye level and the door handle at about mid shin. There is a major tripping hazard as you enter due to change in floor height that is hard to see. Not handicap accessible. Back door is sprung and will not lock at all. It's a quirky place for sure. Our expectations when we travel are pretty low, so we made the best of it. They seem to be working the bugs out of catering to the vacation rental customer. I think they will get there.

We had a wonderful stay!! The outside area is amazing! So close to the water and we enjoyed the deck and fire pit almost every night we were there. Even got up to see the sunrise over the lake a couple of mornings. Our kids loved fishing and walking through the park down to the public dock also. The host was amazing! He left out some birthday decorations once he knew we were celebrating our son’s birthday while we were there. The double fridges were super helpful. We loved our stay and would definitely go back!

This is our own family cottage where we used to live full time in the summers, and would visit sparingly the rest of the year. Now that my kids are grown we have great memories here, and do not get here very often anymore. Now we would like others to enjoy wonderful times like we have experienced here. We are very thankful:-)

This is as good a location as can be in the finger lakes. Very easy access, always great water, great location to so many varied activities, right next to a very quiet peaceful park, very level, and a very comfortable relaxing cottage
