We had a great stay. When we had a question about the TV the host replied to my message almost immediately. The location was great being a close walking distance to the beach and a quick drive into the historic downtown area. Walking distance to good restaurants too. Beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The Unit is large and immaculate. It’s closer to the beach than it appears on maps. Everything was in perfect working order. Grabbing an extra parking spot in the adjacent public parking lot was an added bonus. The host’s Comms were terrific. We’ll be back.

Perfect location, short walk to the beach and a nice taco spot and coffee option just a couple minutes walk. Comfortable beds and TVs in 2 out of the 3 bedrooms, in addition to the main living room. Extra towels for the beach. And really cute patio in the back with a grill (although we didn't use the grill, nice to have as an option). Enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful!

A short walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee and easy drive downtown! It was the perfect spot for our mini-reunion! Definitely would stay again!

Great stay!

House was spotless and well stocked! Great walkable location as well. Everything we needed for the beach, *umbrella, chairs, towels etc.

Great condo close to the beach

This is an affordable property close to the beach with everything you may need. Its also a short drive from historic St. Augustine. It was definitely a home away from home and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Great Location, Great Home, Great Host

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2.5 month-long stay. The area has it all - the beach, restaurants, and things to do. Not far from old town St. Augustine which is well worth visiting. Our host, Lee, kept in touch, and even bought new pots and pans for the unit when we mentioned a need.

Great Location!

We loved staying at this place. It is super close to the action near A street, but not noisy. It is spacious and clean. The owners were friendly, helpful, and highly communicative. Would definitely recommend!

Great place!

Adorable place. Extremely clean and everything we needed was there. Really close to the beach and the burrito place on the corner is TERRIFIC! Great communication, they quickly responded to any questions we had. I highly recommend this property.

Condo - St Augustine Beach

This condo was very well kept, very clean and well maintained. There's are great places to eat close by and the beach is within walking distance. The grocery store is right down the road and old town St Augustine is only minutes away. I would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay.

Good location

There are a lot of restaurants in the area and easy access to St Augustine. We went to a show at the St Augustine Amphitheatre which is only a few miles away. The condo had everything we needed for leisure and for meals. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great vacation

The condo is very clean, comfortable, has everything you need! Very efficient kitchen, all new appliances, all the beds are super comfortable. The area is very nice, coffee shop around the corner, steps to the beach. We will be back next year!

Perfect Beach Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Condo was cozy with everything we needed, including big fluffy beach towels. The brewery and burrito stand were patronized often. Stir It Up had great smoothies. Lee was very hands on. We’d definitely stay here again.

Good location. Loved the patio. Spring break so probably noisier than usual. Place was neat and clean but could use a little updating.
