Vilano Beach Pier Àr en 2 minuters bilresa bort (eller 40 minuters promenad) dÀr du hittar en Publix livsmedelsbutik och en mini utomhus köpcentret. I samma omrÄde finns ett lokalt postkontor, Bait & Gear butik, bÄtuthyrning och gasdocka, en lokal pub och flera restauranger nÀra och pÄ Intercoastal-stranden. En 20 minuters bilresa till PGAs hem pÄ TPC Sawgrass, och en 2. 5 timmars bilresa till Disney World. Great Family Getaway

Beautiful House and Location!!

This house was so beautiful and perfect that you will return home afterwards wishing you could get just one more day here. The beds are so comfortable you will miss them after returning home. Location is perfect to the beach and St. Augustine. Overall the best VRBO stay we have ever had. Beautiful, CLEAN and located perfectly. Definitely will stay again if we come back to St. Augustine.

Fun Getaway

Wonderful Frenzy Getaway

This property had everything you could ever wish for, including easy beach access, right across the street. An assortment of bedrooms, all on the second floor, with outdoor deck (upstairs and down) and sunny front porch. Publix is within 3 minutes. Within 5 minutes is Vilano Beach Pier where we saw dolphins playing and had an incredible dinner the Beaches Restaurant on Matanzas Inlet. Downtown St. Augustine is an easy 12 minutes away.

WOW!!! Great location!!

Our family REALLY enjoyed this property! We spent the 4th of July week here to enjoy the surrounding St. Augustine area. I'm so glad we didn't stay in the historic area or St. Augustine beach area, they were so much more crowded. This beautiful home was only a few minutes from the historic area, which we visited a lot, but far enough away that you're not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. It's also a GREAT location for beach-goers. It's more than 60 paces to the beach, but it is VERY close and takes only a few minutes walk to get to. The beach itself was never very crowded, lots of shells, and we saw dolphins one day! Now the house. First, it was immaculately clean. There were plenty of spaces for the family to spread out and not feel on top of each other. The couches are SUPER comfy as were most of the beds (my only complaint was that the master bed was VERY VERY firm and uncomfortable for me - a nice mattress topper should be considered). The kitchen had every cooking utensil, pot, pan, etc. I needed for all of our meals. They also have lots of condiments in the fridge and pantry. They also had a lot of soap, shampoo, sunblock, etc. The house was bright and "happy". The front and backyard were really nice as well. The grill worked perfectly. We never used the bikes in the garage, but they looked in good shap. They had plenty of beach chairs for the four of us, boogie boards, and a couple of shade options. They have several beach toys in the bench next to the outdoor shower. The driveway is a straight-shot, but you can easily fit at least three cars down it. Thank you to the owner for keeping this house in such superb condition for visitors. It would be, without a doubt, at the top of my list if we visited again! Tips: definitely visit Aunt Kate's restaraunt! The complimentary bread basket alone was a reason to visit (and it's only a few minutes from the house)! The fort is definitely worth a look and we REALLY enjoyed the Treasure and Pirate museum. Ripley's was only...eh. Parking in the historic area is a bit of a pain, but definitely do-able if you're okay with one-way streets. Several lots are free after 5, but it can get VERY challenging to get a spot after 6:30ish. Oh, if you're visiting during the 4th and don't want to get caught in the craziness of down-town, head to the south end of the "island" and head for the Beaches bar/restaraunt. The pier there was perfect and we easily got a spot around 7:30pm.

Beaches Vibes

A great birthday getaway for my wife. Host Maria arranged for flowers (Roses), cake (Creme de la Cocoa); and champagne at my request, so I could surprise my wife. Location was perfect for access to the beach and other venues which we thoroughly enjoyed. The house had all the amenities, it was clean, and slept our family of 5 very comfortably. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Lovely Beach House

This cute beach house was perfect for a side trip to the beach for our family while traveling to Central Florida for a memorial service. Vilano Beach is an Old Florida Beach - wide, long and not over built. And this home is just steps from the beach! It felt like we were staying in an old family home instead of a rental. A cozy and comfortable hangout after walking the beach or visiting the holiday lights in St. Augustine. The owner's provided lots of suggestions for great places to eat and we enjoyed many of them! We would defiantly recommend this lovely home!

Great Vacation Getaway

We stayed over the Chtistmas Holiday while we visited family and friends in St Augustine. It was close to the beach and St Augustine proper. Warm, cozy beach decor in the cutest two story cottage. Small green lawn in front, 2nd story deck and cute patio in the back. Detached garage with everything you need for a beach holiday. Hos t is available for any questions and very gracious and accomodating. Plenty of room for a crowd.AugAugustine

Wonderful Vacation!

We have rented vacation houses all over for years & this one is just as advertised (which isn't always the case) & one our family's Favorites now! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, plenty of towels & the beds were very comfortable! Nice, quiet neighborhood. The BEST part for us - a quick walk across the street to the beach. The beach is gorgeous & not crowded! St. Augustine old town 10-15 minutes away & Publix right down the road.. We'll definitely be back. The hosts were great & quick response time!

Lovely Weekend

This home had everything we needed! I love that the owners are so sharing and accommodating. This was one of the best stocked places we've stayed. Including if you bought something you can't take with you, leave it for the next guests. We forgot a few things at the store and some other sweet guest had already bought it and left it so we didn't have to make a second trip!
