Detta charmiga tvåvåningshus, tre-säng, tre badrum med full bad och erbjuder nära 2 000 kvadratmeter bostadsyta, två verandor, en balkong och ett bekvämt bilgarage. Lot 100 på Martinique sajtkarta. Bara ca. 200 meter från stranden !!

Alla nya toppmodeller från Beauty Rest. En king size-säng ner och en king size-säng och en queen size-säng på övervåningen. En ny topp på linjen La Z boy bäddsoffa. Fyra nya 4K-TV-apparater inklusive en 75 ”Samsung 4K UHD i vardagsrummet med Bose-surroundljud. Alla TV-apparater är helt nya och har en blue ray-spelare. En Bose Bluetooth-högtalare för din telefon eller I Pad eller vilken Bluetooth-enhet som helst. Alla TV-apparater är smarta TV-apparater och WIFI-klara.

Nedervåningen hittar du ett rymligt vardagsrum, matsal och fullt utrustat kök med frukostbänk, kylskåp med ismaskin, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin och tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek. Förutom de viktigaste vardagsrummen nedervåningen finns ett gäst sovrum med badrum samt en stor skärmad bakre veranda med tillgång från köket och sovrummet.

På övervåningen finns en master svit och ytterligare rum. Befälhavaren svit har en generös master bad med stor trädgård badkar, separat slutna glas dusch, dubbla fåfänga och separat kommodrum. Great time at Parrot Keep

Our family had a great time at the parrot keep. Check in was easy and there were lots of him amenities that we were able to use around the house and kitchen. Beach access was super convenient too.

We loved our stay! The location was perfect! It was walking distance to the pool and the boardwalk to get to the beach. The garage was stocked with beach supplies which was wonderful! The house was spacious and beautifully decorated. This is by far our favorite spot in Gulf Shores! The host was amazing to work with as well!

Our dog loved romping on the beach and riding in the golf cart during our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was cozy and clean. Definitely worth a return visit!

Perfect Getaway

We love Martinique and enjoyed our time at Parrot Keep. It was perfect for our family. It was nice and close to the beach and pool. The golf cart was a nice addition to cruise around the property. We made so many wonderful memories this week. Thank you for the relaxing getaway!

This was just what we needed to escape the snow in December. Location is wonderful and the house has big bedrooms with comfortable beds and on-suite bathrooms. Close to pools and the beach. Perfect spot to relax

A slice of parrotdise

The perfect location for a family vacation, the Parrot Keep promises to provide you with fantastic memories. Martinique provides a unique resort like feel with its beautifully landscaped property and amenities. Robert was a wonderful host providing prompt communication. The house was well stocked with beach chairs, toys, pool floats, bikes, and other extras to ensure fun in the sun. We would gladly stay again!

Very good. this was the first time that we have had to buy toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towels and dishwasher soap at a rental. Lower bedroom ceiling light bulb was out. Overall building and location were excellent and we had a great time

Loved the location. Far away from the condos and crowded beaches of Orange Beach. House was comfortable and clean and had everything needed (from a wine opener to a golf cart) to make our four week stay an absolute pleasure.

Winter getaway

We usually come to the beach for an extended stay in the winter. Unfortunately, this vacation didn’t begin as we would have hoped. After a 3 day hospital stay in Fairhope, we headed down to the beach house. My husband was kind of under the weather during our stay, but we did enjoy the house and community so much. The host was extremely easy to work with offer any help me might need with my husband being ill. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet beautiful home at a beach community.

Relaxing family/ friends spring break

Lovely relaxing uncrowded beach during spring break. Was perfect for our family/ friends. We enjoyed the golf cart to ride up to the indoor pool and tennis courts. Pool and beach were just a few minute walk from the house:)

Our home will allow you to feel far away from civilization by offering miles of beach to explore. Yet you've got free in-house access to WiFi, and excellent access to the best amenities Gulf Shores has to offer. We can now offer a golf cart to licensed drivers for use within the community. This charming two story, three bed, three full bath beach house offers close to 2000 square feet of living space, two porches, a balcony, and a convenient one car garage. This is an excellent location, close to the pool and beach.

Martinique adjoins the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge which offers 4000 acres of un-developed beach, dunes, marsh and wilderness on the Fort Morgan Peninsula. This coastal Refuge is part of the Central Gulf Ecosystem Unit and provides refuge for the endangered loggerhead sea turtle, the endangered American alligator, and the rare gopher tortoise.

Part of the migration route of the monarch butterfly, the Refuge is also known for its more than 120 species of birds - making it a paradise for bird watchers. Along with birding, the refuge offers opportunities for hiking, swimming, photography, collecting sea shells, and boating. Fishermen enjoy both fresh and saltwater fishing.
