Detached villa with private parking and swimming pool, with espectacular views to the mountains. In Marbella between the beach and the town of de San Pedro de Alcantara. A 5 min walk to the beach or to the town by the boulevard. A very quiet neighborhood very close also to Guadalmina Royal Country Golf Club. Swimming pool with 8 hammocks and sun all they long. It has high speed wifi, televisión, air conditioner, laundry, pingpong table, pool table, and soccer table. Puertos Banus is at 40 min walk or 5 min by car.

Great family home and pool

This is a large air conditioned home that easily accommodates 8 people.A well equipped kitchen, plenty of hot water, large tv , pool table, games room with table football and outside shaded table tennis, plenty of books and games and a large clean pool with shower in the spacious garden.Loved staying there with three generations but the only thing that was an issue is it's 30 minutes walk to the sea and 20 to the supermarket/bars/restaurants though a McDonald's is closer, this requires carrying a lot of shopping back in hot temps, unfortunately an older member of the party found the walking too much and we didn't hire a car as there was 8 of us we would have needed two vehicles and parking isn't easy in July /August. Margarita, the host, was easily available and accommodating and everything was great but we should have been more aware of location

Amazing property!

Well appointed, comfortable property with a beautiful pool and views. We truly enjoyed our stay and it is close to many things but also on a very quiet safe street. Having secure parking was a huge plus and we enjoyed all of the property amenities. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful during our stay!

Paradise in a paradise

Property is very private, home is beautiful and made a great place to come home to after a long day touring around Costa del Sol. Margarita was amazing, every request we had was met with immediate attention and she obviously cares deeply about this property and her guests who stay there. Can’t wait to come back

Stay of august 22 The pictures don’t do the villa justice to be honest, It’s far better than we imagined , close to shops and beach and very secure. Margarita (host) was available all times if required. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anybody.

Great base or place to rest

Very well appointed villa with plenty of cleverly used space. Clean and tidy throughout, with nice additional fun touches like a massive TV, table football, table tennis table and pool table. The interior has AC to keep you cool (other than the basement level which just has fans) and the exterior has plenty of shade to keep you cool too. The pool isn't massive and takes up most of the modest garden space, but is perfect for dipping into on a hot summers day. Located in a small residential backroad within easy reach of beaches, shops, restaurants, and the main centres to drive to like Puerto Banus and Marbella. Our host Margarita was very welcoming and looked after us well.

Family holiday

We stayed at the villa with my 3 sons, partners and grandchildren. Margarita was always prompt in answering our queries. She even bought some groceries for us as we were a late flight. The supermarkets were 10minute walk up the road and beach within walking distance There was something for everyone at the villa. Table tennis, pool table, board games, books. My 2yr old grandson loved the little train track and played with it everyday. We all loved the pool and sitting out at night on the balcony watching the sun go down. The villa was very spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back to the villa.

Ladies Golf Trip

Overall, it was a good house for eight friends. Four of us had our own bedrooms and the two masters accommodated the other four nicely. We did light cooking and thought the kitchen was adequately stocked. Having spices on hand was a plus. The only negatives I would mention was the stairwells need handrails for those of us not used to so many stairs. I would also suggest double-checking the address of the villa with the owner before arriving. VRBO had posted an incorrect address, which caused us to pay extra money to the driver for his time in trying to find a non-existent location. However, once the owner was notified, she gave us the correct information and went to the house to make sure two of our friends arrived okay. The only other thing on our wish list was a table in the house to sit at. However, there are bar stools at the kitchen bar, and there is a large table on the patio outside, where some of us enjoyed our morning coffee.

Wonderful Villa

We stayed for 2 weeks and we were blessed with wonderful weather. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, the large master bedroom with an en-suite and dressing area. One room had a king size bed and the other bedroom had 2 x single beds which could be put together to make a bigger bed. There was also a bathroom for the two bedrooms to share. Ground floor had a bedroom with an en-suite, kitchen, lounge and where you would expect a dining table is where a pool table was, which frankly my children, husband and I didn't mind as it was better to eat on the terrace and Margarita did say, if you want to eat inside, we could put the wooden cover on the pool table to utilise it as a dining table if we wanted to. Downstairs is quite unexpectedly large. There is two bedrooms, both with 2 x single beds in each. One of the bedrooms is a decent size that you can request for the 2 x single beds to be put together. There is a bathroom and an adequate size laundry room with an iron and ironing board. There is also a sofa bed, table and chairs for 4 and a wide range of games and a foosball table. There is an abundance of restaurants in the area that you can walk to or driving is only 2-3mins. The beach is about a 15min walk away. Margarita is a fabulous host , very friendly and promptly helped us out on a couple of occasions. In all, we cannot fault the place and had an amazing time. Thank you Margarita!

Great 5 nights visit

Dejlig villa

Dejlig villa med godt udeområde, pool mm. Meget god kommunikation med udlejer. God beliggende tæt på Puerto Banus / Marbella, med parkering inde på grunden til 2 biler. Klar anbefaling fra vores side

Godt udgangspunkt for en golfferie med vennerne

Et godt udgangspunkt for en golfferie med vennerne. Dejlig tæt på middelhavet. Og gåafstand til promenaden. Gode faciliteter i huset så som grill, pool, bordtennis og billards. Et fint veludstyret køkken. Og ikke mindst en god vært.

Un lugar para relajarse

Hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestra estancia en la casa de Margarita. Es un lugar tranquilo donde poder disfrutar en familia de unos días de descanso. La casa está muy cerca de la playa y de restaurantes como "El ancla"o "Casa Fernando", dos imprescindibles de la zona. Margarita es una excelente anfitriona que en todo momento ha respondido con rapidez y eficacia a las solicitudes que le efectuamos.
