I arrived late at the property, not my fault as the flight I was on was delayed. After trying several times using the key code provided, I could not enter the property. After a 2 hour phone call to Vrbo, as I could not get hold of the property management company, My City Home I was put up in a hotel for the night. Returning to the property the following day, the code worked. My City Home. Who are the property management company offered myself no compensation or apology, just said, they can’t offer compensation until after your vacation…really!! Also, we had booked a 2 week vacation which included paying a cleaning fee. However, on arrival, I was told I needed to pay an extra €120 as I was staying longer than a week, even though there was nothing in the original booking stating this.
The house itself, is ok, basic, but very worn. The outside furniture is not fit for purpose! Making the outside space unusable ( we booked this property for the outside space ) the boarders are full of weeds. No sun loungers, as seen on the advert. Such a shame really, as it could be a nice vacation home, with a little TLC
