Denna lägenhet är en walk-in enhet med absolut inga trappor. Det finns två sovrum och två badrum. Varje sovrum har en queen size-säng med en madrass över kudden. Lägenheten ombyggdes 2016 med ny matta, kakel och färg, nya möbler och plattskärms-TV. Det har gratis WiFi och vardagsrummet och båda sovrummen har satellit-TV. Det finns en DVD-spelare i vardagsrummet. Köket och badrummen är fullt utrustade och det finns en tvättmaskin / torktumlare för din användning. Matbordet sitter sex och bäddsoffan är trampolin stil vilket innebär att det inte kommer någon bar i ryggen! Det finns också en balkong med fyra stolar runt ett litet bord. Det finns en liten privat pool intill lägenheten och även en stor pool i närheten. Sjön ligger bara nerför backen. Incheckning kl. 16.00. Kolla klockan 10:00.

Båtägare kan använda båtvagnens park vid sjön. Båtar måste sättas på släpvagnarna när de inte används. I condo notebook hittar du en båt trailer tagg som du måste placera på släpvagnen. Det finns en båt ramp tillgänglig för att starta din båt. Om du hellre vill behålla din båt i vattnet kan du kontakta hamnen i Kimberling Marina för att boka en glid. Det ligger mittemot sjön och mindre än 3 miles bort med bil.

Denna lägenhet ligger på Table Rock Lake vid Ozark Mountain Resort i Kimberling City. Silver Dollar City ligger 11 kilometer bort och Branson ligger 14 kilometer bort. Det finns en underbar mataffär två miles från lägenheten.

Du skulle också ha tillgång till Ozark Mountain Resort faciliteter som nu hanteras av Holiday Inn Club Vacations. Den har tillgång till sjöar med det bästa i bassfisket. Icke-motoriserade båtar, inklusive paddla båtar, finns att hyra och båtramper finns tillgängliga för lansering av personbåtar. Det finns ett aktivitetscenter med DVD-uthyrning, gratis WiFi, spel, ett sexpersoons-teaterrum och en snackbar. Njut av simning, tennis, minigolf, volleyboll och andra sporter på plats. Det finns också ett café med gourmetkaffe och te. Picknickbord och utomhusgrill finns tillgängliga. Det finns en stor swimmingpool med volleyboll och även en mindre pool för användning av ägare och gäster som ligger precis bredvid lägenheten. Great Condo

Our family of six planned a quick trip to do some things in Branson and this condo made the trip possible. We were a little tight but made it work. The beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean and well kept. The host communicates very well and it made the trip easier.

Great vacation!

Perfect for our visit

The condo was perfect for our weekend visit. I chose it mainly because it is ground level entry but it really had everything you needed for 4 people. I would stay here again.

Great Weekend in The Ozarks

Great location but away from the craziness of Branson. Only 20 minutes from Silver Dollar City. Rental just as described. Lots to do in the area and the resort.

My name is Ginger Williams. I have been married to my husband, Bart, for 49 years. We live in Orange, Texas. We have three grown children and three grandsons. Both my husband and I are retired teachers. I taught Kindergarten and first grade for 32 years and Bart taught science and coached. I love to read, travel, and spend time with my children and grandchildren.

Varför värden valde detta boende

I first came to Branson when my oldest daughter was only 3 months old and she is now 41. My mother and her parents loved to come up every summer, usually in August. My grandfather played the fiddle and enjoyed watching shows that had fiddlers, particularly a then young Shoji Tabuchi. Since we came every summer, my parents bought a time share and we discovered Ozark Mountain Resort. We fell in love with the property which offered so much for the children and gave us a chance to get out on the lake. After staying there for a number of summers, my mother decided to purchase a condo which was being built on the property. My mom, my children and I had a great time the first time we stayed in the new condo. Several of my aunts came up along with my grandparents. We went to the marina across the lake and rented a pontoon boat. The children had such a good time jumping off and swimming around. We docked it here and ate lunch at the condo, then went out on the lake again. I have wonderful memories of that day. Unfortunately, it was the only time my mom got to enjoy her new condo because she passed away from cancer only a three months later. My dad kept the condo and has now passed it on to me. My children still love coming here and especially love to go to Silver Dollar City, the shows and attractions in Branson and just enjoy the lake and swimming pool here.

The Ozark Mountain Condos have been a beautiful, peaceful place for us to spend our vacations. I love to sit on the balcony and enjoy the mountain view, especially in the fall when the leaves change. The beautiful 20-30 minute drive to Branson never disappoints me because I know what exciting things await me when I arrive. We always have fun whether we go to town or just stay and enjoy the condo and lake.
