This new studio is situated in Ćœudioska street, near Stradun - main street in Old city of Dubrovnik.Apartment has a bedroom with double bed accommodating two guests. Bathroom with shower and hair dryer, A/C, SAT TV, free wi-fi. Lastly, there is kitchenette with fridge, fridge freezer, kettle, stove, kitchen utensils.It is in walking distance of all major monuments and sightseeing, bus station on Pile Gate and in the area there are many stores, bars and restaurants.

The Old town of Dubrovnik is the most known and desirable destination in Dubrovnik. In the past, Old City became an important force in the whole Mediterranean after the 13th century. Although significantly destroyed by the earthquake of 1667, Dubrovnik managed to keep and preserve its Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque churches, monasteries, palaces, and fountains.Today inside the Walls you have almost everything that you might need: cultural sights, cinemas, galleries theaters, lots of cafes, and restaurants.During the day it is pretty much crowded with tourists and domestic people, and music from bars and restaurants during the night is not the first option for those who are seeking peace and a quiet place to stay. Despite that Old Town of Dubrovnik offers liveliness and charm that you cannot find in other parts of Dubrovnik.Stradun, the main street in Old City is only 300 m long but offers the most famous sights as you walk along the way. Onofrio's Fountain, the Franciscan Monastery, the Sponza Palace, Orlando's Column, the Rector's Palace, the Dubrovnik Cathedral and Treasury, the Church of St. Vlaho, Synagogue, Marin DrĆŸić House, Ethnographic Museum Rupe, Aquarium...The most impressive sight is well preserved, City Walls. Only 2 km long and 25 m high used to be protected in the past. The most important and well-preserved 5 fortresses give a unique shape to this Old town. Those are Fort of Minčeta, Revelin, Bokar, St. John, and outside Lovrjenac. Traffic is forbidden inside the Walls and parking is almost mission impossible in case you decide to stay as much as closer to the Old City...

Great stay!

Great location, right in the centre of Old Town. Perfect size for two people. Excellent communication from host. Slight smell from bathroom but it was fine once the bathroom the door is closed so it didn’t bother us too much. We had a lovely stay here and would recommend.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

The place is located right in the heart of Old Town, which made it so easy to pop in and out to explore the town, the walls, and all of the great bars and restaurants of the area (and also to escape the summer heat!). The apartment is located above a restaurant strip so it does stay noisy until late, but this wasn't an issue for me. Apartment is managed by an agent (located in Old Town) who was very friendly and had a bunch of great recommendations. Bed was also super comfy đŸ‘ŒđŸ»đŸ‘ŒđŸ»đŸ‘ŒđŸ»

Brilliant service!

The location was perfect and a few minutes to the port and Stradun, the host was very accommodating and responsive when I had difficulty finding the place, and was very understanding when I misread the check-out time. I would definitely recommend to stay here as you wouldn’t find a better location and the host was great! Hopefully I get to stay there again in the future.

Perfect Apartment

Great location, clean apartment, good communication, convenient to tours, etc. There was nothing lacking for the 3 night stay I had as a solo traveler. It is in city center and quite lively till after midnight but I sleep through noise. Just prepare yourself with ear plugs if that is an issue. I would stay here again if ever back in Dubrovnik!

Extraordinary journey!

We stayed for 4 nights, located right off the main street, it's very easy to navigate and get to anywhere in the Old Town from here all within 10 minutes walking distance. The host was extremely responsive and sent great instructions on how to find and gain access to the apartment. We couldn't find the remote for the AC and within 10 minutes of texting the host, we had it dropped straight away to the door which was amazing, as the apartment can get very hot. Bed was comfy and easy to sleep on. Some nights can be a bit noisy outside for a few hours as there is restaurants located right at the door but it's fine. Only thing would be if you find it hard to walk up steps, might not be the best option as it's located up a few. Overall, excellent host and location, we would definitely come back and stay there again if we came back to Dubrovnik.

Klein maar fijn appartement middenin Old Town

De ligging is fantastisch, echt middenin The Old Town. Je moet wel sterke beenspieren hebben want het is wel veel trappen lopen (sowieso in Dubrovnik). De sleutel zat in n keylock en de code daarvoor kreeg ik dezelfde dag via WhatsApp door. Inchecken is vanaf 14.30u. De kamer en badkamer zijn klein maar ok. Vind ik nooit erg want ik ben er toch maar weinig. Matrassen wel zacht. Voldoende handdoeken en wc-papier. Koelkast, toaster en waterkoker en klein keukenspul aanwezig.
