This apt was the perfect spot to explore Florence and Veronica was the best host I have every encountered for a vacation rental. She was very responsive to all my questions, she has a resource list of anything you might need close by, her instructions to get in were easy and clear. We highly recommend!!!

This apartment is even better than the description and photos suggest. It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. It's also very accessible: an elevator opens directly onto the unit's floor, and there's a bedroom and bathroom on the main level, plus a second bedroom and bathroom in the loft. Veronica is an excellent host. She sent detailed instructions before we arrived and checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well. You couldn't ask for better. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Ideal location, comfortable and safe apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is ideally located, walk anywhere, grocery store a minute away, two of the best Italian gluten-free restaurants I have ever experienced a few steps out the door, like right there, Veronica was helpful and communicated quickly, and the apartment is well appointed and ultra clean. Completely recommend!

Our hosts were so helpful from the very start of our stay - they answered our questions, offered suggestions, and were very engaged, without being pushy. The rental was clean, had everything we needed, and was in an unbelievable location - walking distance to everything we wanted to see. I cannot think of any negative

Absolutely perfect spot

We took a multigenerational trip (husband and wife 40’s, son 11, and mother 80) and stayed at this amazing home. The pictures are completely accurate and the home is lovely. The host was incredibly proactive and responsive. It was an amazing experience. The location was incredible and we will try to book again when we are next in Florence.

This apartment is beautiful, secure, and well-equipped. Veronica, the host, was absolutely fabulous! My hubby left his prescription meds behind in a drawer, and she really went out of her way to help arrange getting them to us! Our entire vacation was saved!

Perfect!

We were so impressed with this property. It was probably the cleanest home we have ever rented. Veronica, the property manager, was great. Detailed, informative and clear communications were provided. Perfect for a group of 5. Located a very short walk to Florence’s downtown yet extremely quite. We highly recommend it!

Excellent location and property in a great location and very safe and secure! Veronica made contactless check-in very easy and she responds very quickly. The apartment is beautifully appointed and so great to have two full bathrooms! We had everything we needed for our stay including a full size iron and ironing board - a plus!! A lavanderia is also just over a block away which worked out wonderfully to do our laundry quickly. The neighborhood is surrounded with adorable restaurants, a short walk to the train and accessible to everthing. Highly recommend.

Magical

The apartment was perfect, so clean and bright and spacious. My family truly didn’t want our Florence stay to end. Veronica was so kind and accommodating! Pictures did not do this apartment justice. My kids are already begging to visit Florence again!
