Lägenhet på bottenvåningen i ett gammalt torn i Florens historiska centrum.
Lägenheten, nyligen renoverad, består av:

. ett litet men välutrustat kök med induktionsplattor, kylskåp och frys, mikrovågsugn och Nespresso-kaffebryggare, vattenkokare och brödrost.
. Dubbelrummet har en LED-TV och har egen garderob. Från sovrummet går du in i det första badrummet i lägenheten, fullt utrustat med badkar och fönster.
. vardagsrummet (eller andra sovrummet) har två soffor som faktiskt är riktiga sängar, med högkvalitativa madrasser, plus en andra markbunden digital-TV och satellit-LED.
. Andra badrummet. Från vardagsrummet (andra sovrummet) leder till ett andra fullt utrustat badrum, med duschkabin, och även detta badrum med fönster.

Nice central apartment

We had a very nice stay for four nights. Great apartment on the bottom floor with good air conditioning. The apartment is perfectly suited in the historic part of the city.

Heart of Vernazza!

Charming space right in the middle of town. Very clean with a nice kitchen to cook the daily fish catch. And only up a flight or two of stairs. Which is a big deal in Cinque Terre!

Cozy apartment near all the sites!

Our trip to Florence was a bucket list moment for the three of us. Maria and Enrico took wonderful care communicating with us leading up to the trip and made check in easy. We loved being close to places we were going to visit, and it was so quiet in this apartment. It was also easily accessible for my mom who has problems with stairs. We had a beautiful visit made even more special due to this charming place and our caring hosts!

Outstanding place to stay in Florence!

The location and hosts couldn’t have been more top-notch. The hosts were very kind to us, and we were warmly greeted when we arrived. The apartment had everything we needed with lots of space to spread out for two people, including two bathrooms! Step outside the front door and you are two blocks from the Ponte Vecchio. 1000-year-old thick walls with modern plumbing. What more could one ask for? We had a grand time here. We will definitely be staying here again.

Checkin very smooth and quick. ground floor spacious apartment stones throw from the "porchellino" statue. 2 well equipped bathrooms and living room easily converts into another separate br with tv and bathroom. Perfect

Had a memorable time while staying here. The location was so convenient to everything. There are more great restaurants than you can count and shopping galore. 15 minutes walk from tram and train station, everyone is walking everywhere. The beds were fabulous and cozy at night, mattress is possibly new, apartment is quiet. Kitchen and washer fully functional. Host cares about the property and was very responsive about any questions or concerns. Loved it!

Great location right in the heart of everything. Easy to walk to major art galleries and museums. Only drawback was the lack of cleanliness. The floor was dirty and hadn’t been swept or mopped. Beds uncomfortable which was due to mattress protectors which didn’t fit properly. Took them off the beds and discovered vomit, hair, and dirt on the covers. Apartment owner needs to deal with this issue as it really spoiled our stay.

You cannot beat the location of this property! Many attractions just steps away. My husband and I shared the apartment with my sister and her husband. The layout is quirky but it worked well for us. The beds were very comfortable and the small kitchen served for morning breakfasts and evening aperitivi. Mostly we ate out. There are good restaurants all around and in close proximity to the apartment. We had a magical 3 days in Florence. Not our first visit but our best.

Location and Quality

Sometimes you stay in the heart of the action but end up compromising on the cleanliness or quality of the rental - but not in this case! Rooms were beautifully appointed, windows kept out street noise, and kitchen was just large enough to make a pasta dinner for the family. Having an en suite bathroom for my husband and me was a luxury when traveling with my tweenagers. I can't say enough about the terrific location. Would love to stay here again!
