Lägenheten ligger i en elegant byggnad 30 m från Piazza della Signoria och Uffizi-galleriet och 50 m från Ponte Vecchio, i ett exceptionellt läge för att besöka hela den historiska stadskärnan. Comfortable stay, flexible host

Elisabetta was a wonderful host. She was kind enough to allow an early check in and later check out, which really helped our travel plans especially since we were traveling with a small child. The apartment was exactly what we needed: safe, centrally located and enough space to avoid feeling encumbered by bags like we would in a hotel. Grazie, Elisabetta!

A Month in Florence

We had a wonderful visit with our daughter who was studying in Florence. Our family visited over the month transitioning in and out of the flat and it was a smooth and easy process. Great location and Elisabetta was responsive, kind and easy to work with at all times. I would stay there again!

Location location location

Elisabetta was a wonderful host. She had a binder with local info and suggestions, a map of the area. Very thoughtful 😃. The location is absolutely perfect for a stay in Florence. If there was one thing I could change, it is the size of the shower. A little difficult to maneuver without bumping the on/off hold/cold handle. I’m not tiny so some fault of mine as well but a teeny bit more room would have been nice. Beyond that, this stay was absolutely perfect.

Lovely Florence apartment

This apartment has everything you need to enjoy Florence! The location is great and everything is within a quick walk including shopping, grocery store, museums and sites of interest. Elisabetta is a wonderful host who meets you when you arrive. Very comfortable and quiet.

Perfect apartment in Florence

This apartment is perfect Florence. Location, size, amenities, host, cleanliness, it was the place to be. Located in the heart of the city yet a quiet oasis. Comfortable and convenient to everything. An easy walk to all the sights and the transportation system. Cabs abound. Words cannot express not photos really portray how well situated and appointed the apartment is. Host is wonderful and made our stay better with the wine and city suggestions. Very responsive and lovely. Would definitely rent again.

Specular Apartment

This apartment is spectacular. Elisabetta is helpful and friendly, providing the best Benvenuti a Firenze. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. But the most stunning part is the apartment is quiet but absolutely in the middle of the city with everything close enough to walk and visit all the famous sites. I highly recommend staying here in this 2 bedroom apartment.

Absolute perfect Florence location!

We could not have been happier with our decision to stay at thia location in Florence. The owner, Elisabetta, was incredibly responsive throughout the process and made sure we felt good about our stay. For starters, the location is perfect in Florence as its seconds from Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi. A quick walk to the train station and you can take day trips easily. If you're looking for the Ritz Carlton this isnt the location for you. If you want clean and convenient then I'd highly recommend and would stay here again without question.

Eleven days in Venice

Clean, comfortable centrally-located two bedroom apartment. 2 1/2 blocks from the Ponte Vecchio; three blocks from the Uffizi and the Piazza della Signoria; about eight blocks from the Duomo. The apartment building is in the middle of the busy nightlife/tourist/ resaurant district, but the unit faces an interior courtyard and is on a high floor, so little of the street noise penetrates. Elisabetta, the owner, gave us helpful information about local transportation and the location of an excellent CONAD supermarket just on the other side of the Ponte Vecchio. We would stay here again.

Amazing host and location

Elisabetta was a wonderful host and very responsive to questions we had. The flat is perfectly located with in walking distance to all the museums, restaurants, shopping, etc. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Elisabetta left us a bottle of wine, which was a nice touch. Florence is a magical place with so many great restaurants, gelato and shopping. I had the best lattes I've ever had in my life! My daughter and I felt safe walking at night. We had the most fun making pasta and touring wineries. We loved Florence and hope to return again.

Location is perfect!

Owner meet us by the door. Show everything we need to enjoy our stay. Main attractions all very close. Grocery store right across the bridge. Main train station in 20 minutes slow walk. Elevator is available. Picture from windows are stunning! Best recommendations!

Great Apartment, Great Location!

My spouse and I stayed here for several days on our trip to Florence. The pictures really don't do the apartment justice and we really loved how it looked and felt. The best aspect though is the location - its literally a few steps to Ponte Vecchio bridge and Uffizi museum. Elisabetta was a great host and made sure we felt welcome and settled when we arrived. One of our favourite apartments on our trip to Italy and would definitely stay again.

Great host - Great location

Elisabetta greeted us on arrival and introduced us to her wonderful apartment. It was even better than pictured with new double pane windows and a freshly recovered sofa. This apartment is close to many of Florence’s significant sites and there are excellent restaurants nearby. The kitchen is well equipped for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We recommend this apartment to anyone who wants yo step out the door and be in the center of Florence.

Perfect location! Amazing property!

This apartment was so perfect for the two of us. My mom and I had our own rooms which were comfortable and so clean. The location was so perfect, a 2 minute walk to the unfixing, 8 minutes to the Duomo. Elisabetta was in communication the whole time and her son met us to check us in. It was a lovely and easy place to stay.

Location Location Location

My father and I stayed here for about a week and it was wonderful. Elisabetta is so welcoming and helpful, the place was clean with everything we needed, and you cannot beat this location. We really appreciated being able to walk just a few blocks to the Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio. The train station is about a 15 minute walk too. There is a tiny (4 person limit) elevator that limits stairs to half a flight. Wonderful!! Would stay here again! Mille Grazie Elisabetta!!!

The apartment was nice enough except the pictures look better than the actual apartment. There was a lot of noise at night especially around 11pm. So if your looking for quiet this isn't the place. I understand that the owner can't control the noise but just thought I would share.

I am a teacher of Agrarian Sciences, graduated at the University of Florence. I have lived in this apartment during the years of my studying. I am actually living in Siena and I have got a winery in Chianti zone which pruduces wine and olive oil.

The apartment has got the entrance on the most central street of Florence and it is very bright and quiet, because it has windows on the courtyard and on the Forte Belvedere. Every museum and every monument is reachable in a few minutes by walking.
