Million dollar views! Great location! The house was one of the best stocked places we’ve ever been to. The furnishings were beautiful. Cindi was a great host and easy to communicate with. We loved our stay here and would come back in a heartbeat.

Great communication with host. First time in a vrbo, very precise directions for staying on property. The pictures on website are not exaggerated or taken from angles to make look bigger. Beautiful home.

This house is Amazing! Plenty of space we especially enjoyed the ocean view, wonderful pool and the outdoor patio with plenty of furniture by dining room. I really appreciate the kitchen is well stocked, lots of dishes and silverware. The beds were comfortable parking was great. We all felt very safe in this location-very nice neighborhood. Close to Kona. Highly recommend!

The home was exactly as described. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with necessities, and the extra beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, water shoes, beach towels) was very nice to have! The pool was nice, heated to the perfect temperature. But most of all, we all loved the outdoor patio seating and the views. We would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed the property, it was very comfortable for our large group. The view, the pool, the house were beautiful. Having all the items available for the beach was so convenient. Would definitely rent again.

I'm glad you enjoyed the house! Thanks for clarifying via email that the warmth was in living room in late afternoon as the sun set. Yes, that is the flip side to a west facing ocean view. The sunsets are great but the sun comes inside the house when it's low. I'm glad it cooled down after the sun set. I would advise people to keep the solar shades closed in that room in the late afternoon, and hang out in the rooms that have more overhang. Or it's a great time for a swim!

Excellent!

Cindi's place in Kona comes exactly as advertised and was perfect for our multigenerational family holiday. The house and its amenities completely met our needs and expectations. Of particular note, the kitchen supplies and pantry were exceptionally well provisioned and the beach and pool accessories and toys were plentiful and well-used by our group.

Outstanding View Property with Professional Accommodating Host

Had a great vacation with our sons and their wives. Spent a lot of time playing golf, but while on property everything worked well and was very comfortable- best view on the island. Cindi was great- easy and quick communication- very accommodating in every regard. We would definitely stay here again next time in Kona. Mahalo, Cindi!

We brought the family (7 adults and 2 children) for a trip and this house fit us perfectly. We did rent some stuff from babyquip but the only thing we really used was the toddler bed and play yard. We had our 18 month old grandson and the stairs are open to the lower level so we used the play yard as a gate so he wouldn’t fall down them. Location is only 10 minutes from downtown and near Walmart. The views at sunset are amazing. We loved the spacious kitchen and the pool. I had brought floaties for the pool but there were some. They also had plenty of sand toys for the beach. Our only issue was with the screen door off kitchen. It came off track but honestly all the screen doors were hard to open. I think they need to be oiled. The house doesn’t have air, which we knew, but it was so hot that even with fans it was a bit uncomfortable at night. We all run hot so it may not affect you. Overall we would stay again and recommend it for a large family.

I’m so happy you enjoyed your stay. Despite our best efforts, it’s common for guests to walk into the screens given the number of times they go in and out. Sometimes that breaks something, as happened this time. The screen door repair companies in Hawaii are very busy!

Perfection in Paradise!

Our entire family enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home in Hawaii. Plenty of room for us to spread out - but lots of spots (pool/lanai/living & dining room) for us to be together. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with every type of pan/cooking utensil we needed, and the wide array of beach necessities (towels/chairs/coolers) made our day trips that much more enjoyable! And the view...AMAZING! Thank you for hosting us, Cindi!

Wonderful 1st (and not last) trip to the Big Island

The owner was great to work with, it was incredibly easy to check in and out. The house was stocked with EVERYTHING one would need to make the stay smooth and start your trip out seamlessly. We are thankful for the opportunity to visit the Big Island and that we found this home. We had a hiccup with the pool temps, Cindi was responsive and apologetic.

Our whole family LOVED this place!! Pictures absolutely don’t capture just how incredible the view is from every room! The house is so beautiful, comfortable, and was large enough for our group of 9 to easily enjoy! There are multiple balconies, the pool is amazing, and the setup is perfect to cook and grill at home. We got very spoiled with grilling and having dinner by the pool overlooking the ocean. Cindi was also incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating with our travel times. Cannot recommend this place enough! Don’t think about it - just book it!

Family vacation

House has everything you can possibly need. Beautiful views, great space, lots of fans which help. It was humid so made it feel very hot. But we knew that going in July would be that way. The pool is a great way to cool off. 9 Beach chairs and 2 umbrellas along with snorkel equipment was great to have. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay

Perfect stay

The proprety is very nice with all accomodities. Well situed. The communications were easy. The only thing is the fact, as specify by the owners, that there is no AC. So some evenings, the house was at 30•C. But during the night and in the morning the house was able to refresh itself. Even so, we pass a very good Time.

Nothing Short of Amazing!

This house is easily a 15/10 - there is nothing not to love! It is clean, in a great location, the pool was perfect, but if you are looking for a view, then look no further because the view here cannot be beat! This was the vacation of a lifetime for us, in large part because of this home. We plan to return as soon as we can, if this is available, you will not regret staying here! The master bedroom was so beautiful, the kitchen so spacious and well equipped. Everything was laid out so well, lots of instructions and communications. We really felt at home. We had 7 people and there was lots of room for everyone. The most beautiful home I have ever stayed in, thank you so much for sharing it with us!!

What an incredible house for a vacation! Our party consisted of family ages 14 to 69 and everyone agreed this home was top notch. We needed a 4 bedroom home and we were so pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was in each room, couldn’t hear anyone snoring from the other bedrooms, haha! This house has everything you will need, the kitchen has it all, and we cooked there everyday. We appreciated the ability to do laundry as well. The pool was perfect and we appreciated Cindi adjusting the pool temp for us. Loved the geckos and beautiful flowers outside. The sunsets from this home are incredible! I am so glad we decided to rent a home rather than go to a hotel, this is the perfect home in the Kona area. The beds were so comfortable and bathrooms had everything you’d need as well. Cindi was great to communicate with the entire time as well. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Great home for big family

We stayed for 6 days in this residence! Great home with lots of amenities a bit outdated but great for a big family. Warnings: neighbors can be really loud and you can be overcharged for cleaning! You are charged over $300 for cleaning and on top of that they can keep a portion of your deposit if the cleaning crew think they need to do their job! Make sure you return the place as you got it if you want your deposit back fully!

So happy to hear your family enjoyed the home. We, like most Vacation Rental owners, collect a security deposit to cover excess cleaning and damage. In 10 years, you are the 2nd from whom we have withheld anything. In your case the cleaners spent several extra hours cleaning things like play-doh in the carpet, and charged us $100 extra, which is exactly what we withheld. In our house rules we recommend contacting us immediately when any neighbors are being loud, so we can contact the owners who can solve the problem. Something to keep in mind on future visits.

Fantastic Vacation!

We traveled here for my 40th birthday with extended family. We had older adults with mobility issues as well as two children in our travel party. The house was perfect for our group. It is only about 10 minutes away from downtown Kona and a short drive to Keauhou. Well stocked large kitchen. The best part about this house is the view! Gorgeous ocean views from almost every room. We could see whales breaching from the lanai. The pool was clean, and the children loved the provided pool toys. This house has everything you could ask for in a vacation home. Great communication from the host. Best birthday ever!

Fabulous licatiin and perfect for hanging out with family.

Overall a wonderful experience in a lovely home. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone. Minor issues like overflowing garbage bins loaded and stacked with 6 more full trash bags that WE had to move to the curb on trash day. That part was not cool as it was not our trash. Also, tv remotes were difficult to figure out in main room so we were never able to turn it on. Small cheap plastic outdoor patio end table was broken when we arrived. Other than that, it's a lovely location and quite comfortable for multiple guests.

As the house binder explains, there is no need to take any trash to the street. We pay extra for them to be picked up from in front of the garage. The binder also has detailed instructions for using the TV and Roku remotes. Sorry you missed those, but had you contacted us during your stay, as we highly encourage if there are any issues, we could have helped.
