Cozy and elegant studio with terrace in the city center
The studio with private terrace is located in the Born neighbourhood, which preserves the medieval part of Barcelona while breathing the bohemian air of the artists who settled in the area during the 20th century, next to the Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar and just a few minutes' walk from the Palau de la MĂșsica Catalana, the Picasso Museum and the Ciutadella Park.
It is a building with a lift (you have to climb 14 steps to reach the lift) located two stops from the beach (Jaume I metro station: line 4).
It has air conditioning, a safe and free Wi-Fi connection.
It is an apartment with an open space equipped with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room in the same room with a dining table, flat-screen TV and a double sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower, providing bed and bath linen on arrival.
It offers a beautiful private terrace with a table and chairs where you can enjoy spectacular views of the Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar.
IMPORTANT: To access the lift, you have to climb some steps. Building not adapted.

If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday holiday), key collection is on Aribau street 228. The opening hours are from 09:00 to 20:00. Self check-in with your mobile phone from 15:00.
Please note that if you arrive later than 21:00 and have not completed the self check-in process, there is a late check-in fee of âŹ30. A member of our staff will be waiting for you at the apartment.
The tourist tax is not included in the price of the flat. It costs âŹ6.88 per adult per night up to a maximum of seven nights.
