The studio with private terrace is located in the Born neighbourhood, which preserves the medieval part of Barcelona while breathing the bohemian air of the artists who settled in the area during the 20th century, next to the Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar and just a few minutes' walk from the Palau de la Música Catalana, the Picasso Museum and the Ciutadella Park.

It is a building with a lift (you have to climb 14 steps to reach the lift) located two stops from the beach (Jaume I metro station: line 4).

It has air conditioning, a safe and free Wi-Fi connection.

It is an apartment with an open space equipped with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room in the same room with a dining table, flat-screen TV and a double sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower, providing bed and bath linen on arrival.

It offers a beautiful private terrace with a table and chairs where you can enjoy spectacular views of the Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar.

IMPORTANT: To access the lift, you have to climb some steps. Building not adapted.

Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday (except public holidays Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday holiday), key collection is on Aribau street 228. The opening hours are from 09:00 to 20:00. Self check-in with your mobile phone from 15:00.

Please note that if you arrive later than 21:00 and have not completed the self check-in process, there is a late check-in fee of €30. A member of our staff will be waiting for you at the apartment.

The tourist tax is not included in the price of the flat. It costs €6.88 per adult per night up to a maximum of seven nights.

Perfect Location

This is a cozy little place in a perfect location. Loved the terrace. The space itself is small. It was advertised with a sleeper sofa but instead has a queen sized bed which is very comfortable but takes a lot of space.

Really poor customer service.

Unfortunately, our experience with Ola was almost entirely negative from check in to check out. First, Ola uses a terrible phone application rather than a physical key to access both the building and the room. This app was very finicking and unreliable in our experience. We even called and left a voicemail with Ola about our issues accessing the room with the “app key” and NEVER received a call back (luckily, we eventually figured it out after trial and error). Second, the building and room smelled like crap. The odor started in the entrance hall and even seeped into our room. Finally, we were rudely awaken every single morning by the cleaning crew vacuuming and cleaning other rooms. This was a really bad lodging experience.

Superbe emplacement

L’endroit est très difficile à trouver et les installations sanitaires (toilette et douche) coulent donc on doit utiliser une moppe tout le temps. Par contre c’est un beau petit studio situé dans un quartier magnifique!
