Comfortable home

This home was welcoming and comfortable. We had plenty of room and everything was provided—utensils, pots and pans, dishes, etc. It is very conveniently located. I had some questions for the owner and James responded very quickly. I would recommend this home to anyone planning a trip to Ocean City.

Nice experience.

We love the location, access to everything close. Well equipped with everything we need. Nice welcome bag , folder with info was nice. On the downside, shower handle in rear bathroom fell off first day. Bought Allen wrenches and fixed it. Bathroom tub spout very loose, needs fixing. Nice tv’s and internet.

Nice and relaxing

Property was exactly as described. Owner was easy to get a hold of. House is in a quiet section of Ocean Pines. Was well stocked with everything you need. A plus was all you need for a day at the beach. There was chairs,umbrellas and kids toys. Screen porch was also a nice touch.

The house was dirty when we got there. Contacted owner and he was willing to send out cleaning people again. Nice size house. We enjoyed our time there.

Summary

The dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes very well. And we couldn’t get the dryer to stop beeping. Need a manual with it. Also there was a musty smell. It wasn’t totally clean but pretty good. Overall it was a nice place to stay. I would rent it again.

Relax time

Excellent property but no cleaning

We arrived about 9:00 pm for check in. The house was absolutely filthy. With an hour after arriving my 1 year old grandson’s feet were black on the bottom and the tops since he crawls. The refrigerator was dirty so was the tile floor. We called the owner and he did call us back shortly thereafter but by the time he called to tell us someone could come in the morning we were already cleaning as we didn’t want our grandchildren in filth. We requested a refund on the cleaning sending photos of the filthy Lysol wipes and dirty bucket water but he refused. Hopefully they have changed cleaning services or are monitoring more closely if the “cleaners” even come.

Little to be desired

The cleaning left little to be desired. There were clothes left in drawers, beer cans in the bathroom, and food on the carpet. The vacuum was clogged with some sort of animal food and tons of hair. Communication with the property owner was great and he dealt with things quickly.

Perfect for family.

This is very close to the entrance of Ocean Pines and a minute to Rt. 90. The great room/kitchen area is large and comfortable. All the appliances and household/kitchen items were available. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it! (Just don't book on the week we want next summer!) lol

Plenty of space for the 7 of us and had all of the basic needs for a vacation near the beach, plus some added beach equipment. Great for families with kids.

Great time!

We had a wonderful stay. Went to the beach and anywhere else all within 15 minutes for the most part. We had everything we needed for the beach already there. Could not have asked for more. It was wonderful to be able to come back to a nice quiet place to relax and recover from our daytime activities. Very safe area to stay.

Nice and Quiet

We stayed here over Memorial Day Weekend 2019 for a Baseball Tournament in Fruitland MD. It was perfect because it was quiet and away from the crowds, but only about 10-15 minutes from the beach. It had a nice kitchen and plenty of space for the 4 of us to spread out. The boys loved the Xbox 360 and having 2 bathrooms was nice.
