8 girls just having a fun little getaway. Nice and close to downtown Falmouth, plenty of space to sleep, plenty of bathrooms and a great entertaining backyard.

Great place!

The house was even nicer than the pictures. We came in March for a long weekend with some friends and had a really great time. Walking distance to so many fun things- great house for all ages!

Great spot in Falmouth!

We loved our stay! I lived in Falmouth for. Few years and chose to prioritize access to downtown vs being closer to the beach. An easy 10 minute walk to at least 10 restaurants. Home was beautiful, clean and everyone loved the backyard. Beach was about a 20 minute walk (with a child being pushed in a stroller) and was worth the walk (keeping in mind many beaches require parking passes!). Overall, would definitely stay again!

The perfect wedding weekend stay

Our stay at the property was for our granddaughte’s wedding. The location was perfect and close to all the festivities over the weekend. The home is so nicely decorated and has everything you could possibly need. We so enjoyed our stay and would certainly repeat the experience without any hesitation.

Family reunion on Gifford

We loved this space to host a meal for our reunion of 5 siblings and some of their children and grand children. Great open kitchen and family room space. And nice outdoor patio. And good location for the Shinning Sea Bike trail.

Cape Cod Family Christmas

Once again, we enjoyed our family Christmas on the Cape in our favorite area. This house has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The house is immaculate and completely stocked. The beds are extremely comfortable, there is plenty of room for our entire family to enjoy themselves and Roberta was so easy to communicate with if needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Wedding trip

The house was everything we planned on and more. We had a wedding up the street to attend so the house was very convenient. Also it was very close to restaurants. and stores and the beach. Another excellent stay

I think this was our 7th year staying at this wonderful house. It’s become a home away from home for our family. Everything about the house and our stay was, and always is, perfect. And the property owner, Roberta, is extremely responsive and an absolute pleasure. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

Beautiful property and great location

This house was so clean and the location was perfect for our annual girls weekend! We stay in places walkable to all the shops and restaurants and this location was perfect. Roberta was so responsive and helpful both prior to our arrival and upon arrival. We would book this property again in heartbeat. The beds were very Comfortable and we were very happy with everything about our stay at this lovely home!

Great Stay

The house was just what our extended family needed! Super clean and enough space to spread out or play/dine together. Great space indoors and out. Excellent location for walking to center of town and playground. About one mile from Shining Sea Bikeway. Happy family!

Lovely house

The property was wonderful and spectacularly clean! The owners were super accommodating. The house had everything we needed including very comfortable beds, high quality linens and a bonus backyard fire pit!
