The entrance leads to the living/dining area, which boasts a combustion fireplace. The lounge extends to the garden and pool area, culminating in a charming "stoep" â a sheltered terrace featuring two seating setups and an outdoor kitchen with a "Big Green Egg". The contemporary kitchen is fitted with premium appliances. The master suite has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the second bathroom provides a standalone bathtub alongside a walk-in shower. For added security, the property is equipped with electric fencing and motion sensors, and it is connected to a security company!
