The entrance leads to the living/dining area, which boasts a combustion fireplace. The lounge extends to the garden and pool area, culminating in a charming "stoep" – a sheltered terrace featuring two seating setups and an outdoor kitchen with a "Big Green Egg". The contemporary kitchen is fitted with premium appliances. The master suite has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the second bathroom provides a standalone bathtub alongside a walk-in shower. For added security, the property is equipped with electric fencing and motion sensors, and it is connected to a security company!

The infrastructure in the entire valley leaves nothing to be desired and the range of sports facilities and hiking trails is also very attractive.

Another advantage for our guests is the short distances to shopping centers, restaurants and petrol stations, as well as the central location on the Cape Peninsula.
