Ditt hem är den vackert restaurerade historiska franska inspirerade ladugården, byggd på 1820-talet, som har brett planka golv, handgjorda bjälkar, svävande tak, sten eldstäder och New England charm. Perfekt för en romantisk semester, en landsferie för en liten familj eller ett lugnt tillflyktsort till naturen, är Boorn Brook Farm den otroliga Vermont-upplevelsen!

En gång landet gård och studio av berömd målare och flugfiske entusiast Ogden Pleissner, har Boorn Brook Farm återställts till sin ursprungliga prakt. Beläget på 53 hektar öppna ängar och gamla äppelodlingar med fantastisk 360 graders utsikt över bergen, är Boorn Brook Farm skyddad av Lye Brook National Forest, men ändå inom 5 minuter från Manchester och Manchester Center centrum. Boorn Brook Farm är också det nya hemmet för Green Mountain Falconry School!

På sommaren tar du falconry lektioner på plats, simma i våren matad damm med en strand, spela tennis på privata domstol bredvid Ladan, vandra på gårdens privata spår eller i den gränsande Lye Brook Wilderness, fisk i bäcken och on-site öring dammen, eller bara koppla av i en av hängmattor.

Höst är en magisk tid på Boorn Brook Farm där bergen bakom och framför gården lever med färg. Alla attraktionerna på sommaren är tillgängliga förutom med behovet av en tröja på kvällen!

Återvänd hem för att bygga en eld i sten spis, baka lite bröd i stenen bröd ugn i det fullt utrustade köket, spela ett spel pool i spelrummet, smutta lite varm choklad och sedan titta på solen satt bakom Equinox Mountain från utomhus firepit eller badtunnan, precis utanför ditt sovrum!

På vintern, åka skidor på dammen, släde på kullen, snöskor eller längdskidåkning på backleder, skidor eller snowboard i närliggande Stratton eller Bromley Mountains. I närheten finns slädturer, bra restauranger och shopping i Manchester, som ligger en kort 5 minuters bilresa från Boorn Brook Farm.

Barn och vuxna kommer också att njuta av våra husdjur, våra bedårande getter, Pan och Axel! Hundar är välkomna här på gården.

What an amazing location! Our family had a fantastic time at this beautiful farm. Hours were spent on the tennis court, on the trails, by the pond catching frogs and loving on the sweet goats. We cannot wait to return!

Lovely property

Wish we were able to stay longer than 2 days at this wonderful place. Great location, about 6 minutes to Manchester center as well as many restaurants and shops. The enclosed stone wall courtyard between our barn and the owner’s house was beautiful and very useful for our dog to run around. We found all the amenities we needed within the barn, window ACs made the space cool and comfortable over 95F weather days. Beautiful views at sunset with quintessential Vermont rolling hill. The owner was super friendly and helpful with information as needed. We would certainly love to return soon!

Great getaway!

This location is awesome. Close to town and skiing but we felt like we were secluded in the forest when sitting in the hot tub. We had a great time!

Beautiful Farm and Property in Manchester

We had a great stay at Boorn Brook Farm. The property was beautiful and Jeff was a great host. We had a great time hiking the property with our dog and making pizzas in the brick oven. We can't wait to come back.

Thanksgiving Retreat

The place was as advertised. Great winter stay with a large hill to sled on. Grounds to snowshoe, hot tub, fireplace great open renovated barn, local ski mountains and upscale / boutique shopping in the town center. Highly recommend the place and expect to return again.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay. It is a very special place. Our kids loved the sweet goats, the pool table and the tennis courts. The barn was so unique and just magical. We would love to return again soon.

Unbelievably beautiful!

What a gorgeous property with an incredibly supportive and respectful host. The inside of the barn/house is so spacious - it can easily accommodate a family, without concerns for crowding. The master bedroom is very comfortable with a beautiful view of the yard. The 2nd bedroom is adorable and somewhat smaller. Great for kids. The area is just spectacular. Highestly recommend staying here!

EXCEPTIONAL!!!

I cannot give Boorn Brook Farm enough stars! It is perfection! Jeff is incredibly gracious and made us feel so welcome. His love and appreciation for the property is contagious! The barn was so fun to explore. Every beam tells a story. The grounds are impeccably maintained. Beautifully mowed meadows with Mountain views in both directions. The woods leading to the rushing creek are straight out of a fairytale. Beams of sunlight shine through the trees onto the moss covered trails. You expect little fairy’s to go flying by! Our dog had the best time of her life…playing in the creek and chasing her ball in the spring fed pond. She safely ran all over the grounds. Our teen loved the backstop on the tennis court to practice his soccer shots. Jeff suggested we climb the hill next to the barn after dark to watch the stars and see the fireflies. We did and it was incredible! We also took the nearby hike to Lye Falls which was awesome. And played in the creek and pools at the foot of Benson Rd. The pup loved both of these adventures! The town of Manchester is darling. So pretty with so many shops and restaurants to choose from. And conveniently located just a few minutes from the farm. We had excellent meals at Pearls, The Copper Grouse and the Turkish restaurant whose name I can’t recall. This was our first time in Vermont and we totally nailed it! One of the most memorable short term rental experiences I’ve ever had! Thank you Jeff!

Breathtaking

The barn was spacious and had everything we needed. The property is breathtaking, great location to the town, and Jeff was a great host. Our dogs were welcome, living their best life running around the property, and it was so special to see the mountains and just breathe in the air there. Would love to come back in the warmer weather!

Because once you get here, you won't want to leave! The first time I saw the farm I knew it was home. With the white farmhouse with a front porch, the red barn, mountain views, meadows, a pond, a brook, sledding hill, stone walls, hiking trails, close to all of it in town! Living here is like living in a postcard!

Boorn Brook Farm is very secluded, yet right in Manchester. This is also my home. I cater to couples and small families. No large groups - don't even ask! I strive to provide a relaxing, peaceful and homey retreat for all of my guests!
