Located on the main street leading to Cala San Vicente, it rises slightly above street level and is surrounded by hedges for greater privacy. Upon entering, a vine-covered arch and some steps lead to the main door.The living-dining room, spacious and bright, features a decorative fireplace and connects to the terrace next to the pool, ideal for outdoor enjoyment. The kitchen, functional and well-equipped, has direct access to the barbecue area and includes oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle.On the ground floor, there is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom, all with garden access. On the first floor is the fourth bedroom, with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and mountain views.Outdoors, the villa offers a private pool, covered dining area, brick barbecue and poolside seating area. The hedges and trees surrounding the property ensure privacy and tranquillity.Important information: loss or blocking of keys involves a charge of €50 (during office hours) or €75 (outside office hours), and must be collected from the office. No rubbish should be left when checking out; otherwise, €150 will be charged.Guest registration is mandatory by law (Royal Decree 933/2021); an online check-in link will be sent before arrival.
