Villa Carla is around Siller, Puerto Pollensa, with views of the neighboring countryside and Tramuntana Mountains. Puerto Pollensa has a beautiful sandy beach and a huge choice of seafront restaurants. The beautiful and authentic town of Pollensa is also easily reachable by car. This impressive 5 bedroom villa has a large private pool and vibrant gardens, with a traditional, homely interior. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and Wi-Fi are included.

You will have private parking for your hire cars on the driveway, with the garden and pool at the front of Villa Carla.

The combined lounge and dining area has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, ornamental marble fireplace and a table and chairs for 10. Patio doors from the dining area open onto the BBQ terrace where there is also access to the utility room.

Adjacent to the living area is a well-equipped kitchen and pantry, which has all mod cons and a breakfast table and chairs. Kitchen has full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle.

On the ground floor is a double bedroom with adjacent shower room. Upstairs there is another double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and private sun terrace with views of the mountain. The 3 twin bedrooms share a separate shower room. The 2 twin bedrooms at the front of the villa also share a terrace overlooking the pool and grounds.

Villa Carla has very pleasant grounds with ample space to relax and take in the ambiance. The large private swimming pool is surrounded by attractive flowers and trees with a short pathway to the alfresco dining area. The partially covered terrace provides shade for the table and chairs for comfortable outside dining, and the brick BBQ is around the side of the villa.

Villa Carla can sleep up to 10 people. (FREE Travel Crib and Highchair available on request.)

Charming villa, quiet peaceful neighborhood. More like a 25 minute walk to the beach. Checked in at 5PM on a Saturday (95⁰) to discover that the AC in one bedroom wasn't working. Emergency support only after 5PM in Saturdays, and that didn't count as an emergency, apparently, so we had to move some mattresses into another bedroom and double up until Monday when they fixed it. Refrigerator was missing door shelves and bottom drawer, which made it challenging to get everything in. Overall, we didn't feel that the management company was sufficiently responsive. Villa is old but pleasant and in spite of these glitches we enjoyed our stay.

Cycling group amazing base

As a Group of 8 guys, we had this Villa for a base for cycling trips. Fantastic price, lovely pool and situated on the edge of town but still within 10 minutes walk of the town. This Villa had 8 separate beds and could sleep 10. Lovely covered area for eating outside, barbecue area, table tennis etc. would hire this place again

Villa Carla Puerto Pollensa

The property looked good on the website with the mountain backdrop. The payment was made a year in advance as the whole family were coming. This was done through another web address called easyvillas.com. They were very helpful and offered us a welcome pack which would be there upon our arrival!! This was not mentioned on the booking site, and the firms name had changed to Sealand Villas!! We arrived in the area in 2 cars and after half an hour of searching in the dark we found the Villa, No name plate at the front of driveway and no lights that we were aware off to negotiate the drive footpath to the front door. Found the hidden switch the next day? The Welcome pack was only partly there so were straight to the Eroski supermarket for milk and bread. we unloaded and then saw that the smoke and CO2 detectors were missing, the stair gates were unusable parts were missing. This was of concern as our 2 year old Grand daughter was with us and with stone staircase a safety concern although only twice was she forcibly stopped from gong down the stairs. No Midweek cleaning took place, and the pool was cold and filled with dead and dying insects. the roads leading to the villa off the main road were narrow single track with no passing places! Other than that we had a good time with no incidents, the cats and the kittens kept us entertained. and the riding stables alongside and at the rear of the property were a good focal point. We ended up on acknowledgment waves with the farmer.

Aufenthalt Villa Carla

Unser Aufenthalt war schön. Die Villa ist zwar an vielen Ecken renovierungsbedürftig, aber hat durch den Pool und die Terasse einen schönen Aufenthalt ermöglicht. Die Kommunikation vorher war sehr schleppend und ich musste oft Emails schreiben, um irgendwelche Infos zu erhalten. Die Kaution kam zeitig zurück, aber auch nur weil ich mich gemeldet habe.

Villa carla

Its a shame , because the villa is very nice , however we had a few issues and if we had known we probably would of rented somewhere else . So... its up near the mountains with a big horse field with lots of greenery around the villa which attracted lots of flies and mosquitos ( we came home badly bitten all of us ) the pool needed cleaning constantly due to the amount of bugs . We dont think the filter was working in the pool . We never used the bbq area so cant comment , we never realised, but you have to take your rubbish down towards town and drop into large bins . Few other issues but they got fixed . We hate to be negative about this villa because we had a great time with our family and we love port de pollensa . But sadly we would not return to this particular villa .

Review of Villa Carla, Puerto Pollensa, Mallorca

Our stay in the property was very good, but it could have been improved upon with a few straightforward tweaks. Eg algae growing in pool, poor lighting in kitchen, better fitting kitchen bin lid, smell in downstairs bedroom. However, resources including crockery, cutlery, and seating were quite adequate. All the mattresses were very comfortable. In addition, a faulty shower head in upstairs bathroom was reported and replaced the same day. All in all we had an excellent family holiday!

schöne Vinca im mallorquinischen Stil mit ein paar Schönheitsfehlern

Vinca an sich gut ausgestattet. Wer den mallorquinischen Stil mag, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Erneuerungen der Klimaanlage in einem Zimmer nötig (wird aber schon behoben), eine Dusche und die Toiletten könnten ein Upgrade vertragen.

Exquisite villa + value for money!

What not?! The size of the house, the cleanliness, many kitchen utensils for extensive cooking, the BBQ area, the pool, the garden in front, the surroundings... It's a dream! And for this price almost too good to be true. Maybe, if I have to say anything at all, some extra blankets in case it's not so warm yet (as it was the case during our stay). And we had issues with one of the fridges that didn't get solved during our stay. But we totally understand certain things need to first be checked with trial and error, before things can be repaired/ replaced. So just a note.
