Gran VĂa Center is a 2-bedroom apartment located right in the heart of the city, ideal for spending a season in the capital of Spain.
The apartment features a spacious and very bright living room where you can relax after a long day working or studying in Madrid, 2 bedrooms with double beds, and a nice bathroom with a shower. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with: ceramic hob, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, microwave, oven, refrigerator and freezer, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, plates, glasses, cutlery...
Among the apartmentâs amenities are: air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board, bed linens, towels, and complimentary hygiene products, making it perfect for spending time in Madrid.
THE AREA
It has an incredible location â you donât need to use a car since you can reach all points of the city on foot or by Madridâs fantastic public transport. All services are just steps away: supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, bars, restaurants, etc.
HOW TO GET THERE
The nearest metro stations are:
CALLAO (Lines 3 and 5): 50 meters.
SANTO DOMINGO (Line 2): 260 meters.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator.
Cribs are available for rent at âŹ30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.
Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card upon check-in.
