The Charming Gran Vía Center is a 2-bedroom apartment right next to Madrid's emblematic Gran Vía and a few meters from Plaza de Callao, the epicenter of the city and where most of the city's entertainment, restaurants, shops and theaters.

The apartment has a large, bright living room where you can relax after a long day in the city, 2 bedrooms with double beds and a great bathroom with shower. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with: Ceramic hob, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker, microwave, oven, refrigerator and freezer, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, cutlery ...

Among the apartment's amenities we also find: Air conditioning, free wifi, washing machine, iron and ironing board, sheets, towels and free toiletries.



AREA

It has an incredible location, you do not need to use the car, since you can go to all the places of interest in the city on foot. You have a multitude of restaurants and theaters just down the street, also shops of all kinds, such as El Corte Inglés, just 100 meters away.

THE FINE PRINT

- The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator.

- There are baby cots available to rent for 30€ / stay. Please request the baby cot to the host prior to your arrival.

- Every guest must present a valid ID/Passport and credit/debit card upon check-in.

- Events and/or parties are not allowed.

-For reservation of 28 nights or more, electricity and gas bills will be included up to 50€. The tenant will have to pay for any extra.

-Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 PM.
