Great apartment. Quiet, convenient to access, and around the corner to metro, restaurants, bars and supermarket. Museums and galleries are walking distance, along with the Atocha train station. It’s within the heart of authentic Madrid. Recommended.

Well stocked two bedroom location with AC/heat in every room. Location is about 25 minute walk to the main square and most attractions. Many grocery, restaurants and stores in the area. Would stay again

Clean apartment, grocery stores within 2 blocks, great area of the city, variety of restaurants nearby. The apartment was cute, the beds were comfortable, and the apartment was pretty quiet for being near so much action. Would stay again.

The photos made the apartment look much larger than it was. The elevator was very useful. In our experience with units like these, there’s an expectation of a welcome basket. The unit was advertised to have ac, and although there were split units in each room, neither produced any cold air. The beds were very uncomfortable and the bathroom was very small. We do understand the limitations when refurbishing older buildings but we’ve had better experiences under similar conditions.

Hello, The key was not in the lock box on arrival. We had to dig through the storage bins to find extra towels. There was no complimentary Kleenex or paper towels ( napkins). I feel these are basic necessities that should be provided. The shower head was broken.

Our stay in Madrid was wonderful!! The apartment is lovely, cozy, clean and close to everything we needed. It was the perfect accommodations for us and we had a great time because of it!!

Everything was as expected. Most sights and entertainment was within a kilometre of the apartment. The beds were comfortable. I recommend war plugs if sleeping in the streetside bedroom with the window open. The sofas weren't very comfortable and could use an upgrade. I would recommend this property.

Cozy and comfortable

This was a great apartment for our quick stay in Madrid. It was conveniently located to many of Madrid’s highlights. We’d definitely stay again!

My family was only here one night but we had a positive experience. Property was as described. It was clean, comfortable and well located. We had to store luggage but there was a locker easily accessible just around the block (that also fortunately for us sells delicious gelato).

Room was clean and comfortable. One day, we had an issue with a running toilet and the host was able to arrange for a plumber quickly, considering it was a weekend.

Clean, modern stay close to train, museums, and Lavapies.

Wonderful air conditioned apartment close to Reina Sofia, Atocha, and many good restaurants and grocery options. The place has modern updates and would be livable for a trip to Madrid, although we only used it as a stop on a longer trip. Beds were comfortable and the place had all necessary cooking utensils and even laundry.

Clean, cool space was so welcome on a warm afternoon. Great internet, great neighborhood. My GPS had a little difficulty locating the address, but some nice neighbors assisted us.

This is a very neat neighborhood with a lively cafe life in the evenings. We loved how close it was to walk to the Prado, the Reina Sofia, and the Thyssen Museums. We also enjoyed the Botanical Gardens. The kitchen was well equipped and detergent and cleaning supplies were included. We were close to a subway station and were able to connect to the train for day trips to Segovia and Salamanca. If you arrive before check-in there is luggage storage around the corner at City Locker. The shower was great with plenty of hot water.
