Once again, we had a great week here. Can't beat the view from the balcony and a few short steps to beach. Love the fact that we can arrive with just our clothes and beach towels and be ready to enjoy our vacation. We did encounter a snag with the tv remote in the living room but Becky was on top of it.

My kids and I had a great stay! It's central to many of the fun activities to do in Ocean Isle and waking up to the beach view is amazing! This condo is well thought out and includes everything we needed for a week at the shore.

Only Steps to the pool and ocean. Beautiful full view of ocean from balcony. Well equipped kitchen and appliances. All beds very comfortable and 2 full baths. Will stay again!

Unit is immaculate- prettier than the pictures- lots of extra touches - everything was a nice quality - we stayed here to get an early start to our 4th of July beach week - I would definitely stay here again

This was our first time in Ocean Isle staying in a condo, rather than a hotel, and it was 100% worth it! The place was beautiful and the host was very thorough in communication and very friendly!

The location was amazing with great views !

The condo did not disappoint. It was clean and a perfect size. The location and the price are just right. Access to the beach stuff was so awesome and made traveling so much easier ! My only concern was kitchen pots - were basic and limited. We didn’t cook in often but my only suggestion for upgrade. Thanks for a fabulous week and sharing your home. It was perfect.

Lovely beachfront property. Only true issue were the infinite flies on the balcony, but that can't really be helped. Clean, comfortable, and gorgeous place fit for a truly relaxing beach getaway.

First of all the condo is very comfortable and inviting - updated throughout. Spacious and clean, with every convenience from kitchen utensils to beach equipment. View from the balcony is outstanding. The pool is a good size and 7 ft deep on one end so you won't stub your toes. You don't have to look any further for your next beach retreat.

This condo was beautifully maintained and comfortable. We were impressed by how well stocked with utensils the kitchen was for cooking. Check in was super easy and the wifi worked great. We were especially excited to be ocean front. A very lovely place! We would stay there again!

Fabulous Stay

This condo was in a great location. Walking distance to the pier and other local restaurants. Condo is clean and tidy. Pool is big enough to get wet and cool off. Becky was quick to reply when we had questions. Would recommend for sure and would come back to stay here again. It was just what we needed to get away from home and school for a while.

What's Not to Love?

This was our 2nd time staying at this unit and are already booked for a 3rd trip. We really only needed to bring clothes and beach towels. Nothing better than waking each morning to enjoy view from deck. For part of our week, we had a total of 5 adults/1 infant in unit and we did not feel cramped. The 3 bedrooms gave each some privacy. Any questions I had, Becky was quick to answer.

Hi. My name is Becky and I was born and raised in North Carolina. My parents purchased the condo at Ocean Isle Beach in 1993, but my family has been visiting the beaches around the North Carolina/South Carolina border for over 50 years.

I am an attorney and community economic development specialist. My job allows me to travel throughout North Carolina. I visit mostly rural areas and work with their residents to build their communities into great places to live, work, and play.

I love to travel, learn foreign languages, putter around my yard, and walk with my dog, Marvin. He loves the beach just as much as I do.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

While I love to travel the state, our nation, and the world, our place at Ocean Isle Beach is what I call "home." I've lived in North Carolina, Germany, Texas, and North Dakota. Now back in North Carolina again and edging towards retirement, I live in Winston-Salem, but Ocean Isle is where my heart is.

As a property owner who only markets the property online, I have engaged a young woman who lives locally to clean the condo. I love supporting her small business, and together, we make C3 Beach Villas your home away from home.

It is beachfront, on the second level, so it gives you a great ocean view. It is within walking distance of the pier, restaurants, shops, and putt putt. It is in one of the longest-standing condominium complexes (only 3 buildings, so 12 units) and has withstood storms for over 60 years. It was definitely built to last, and since none of the units has more than 3 bedrooms, large parties don't happen here.

The pool is where my babies learned to swim (they're now in their thirties), and there is a large yard for dogs to run. While I don't allow renters to bring pets, I do bring mine for one week in early June, and then as often as I can in the off-season.
