Denna lägenhet är fullt möblerad, lagrad och redo för din familj att njuta av en sommarvecka, eller off season getaway, på stranden. Det ligger på översta våningen i Windjammer på den önskvärda västra änden av Ocean Isle Beach. Hiss tillgång får dig upp till denna tredje våningen enhet, och det finns en direkt gångväg till stranden som leder ut av underbyggnad parkering. Bottenvåningen har två sovrum, ett och ett halvt bad, kök, vardagsrum / matplats och ett täckt däck med utsikt över havet. Övre våningen har en rymlig Master svit, en solig däck med utsikt över stranden, och en stor täckt veranda med utsikt över ljudsidan.

Faciliteterna inkluderar: Privat stark Wi-Fi, Kabel-TV i varje sovrum och vardagsrum, DVD, Netflix och Amazon på vardagsrummet TV. Remodeled kök med stort kyl / frys, D / W, dubbel ugn, MW, två kaffebryggare (kruka och Keurig). Tvättmaskin torktumlare.

Komplexet har stor pool, hiss, direkt tillgång till stranden, picknickområden och grillar (inga privata grillar tillåtna).

Restriktioner: Ingen parkering på plats för båtar, fritidsfordon eller släpvagnar. Inga husdjur. Maximal beläggning av 9. Detta gäller för familjer, inte högskolor på våren, en hyresgäst måste vara minst 35 år gammal. För 14 april 2018 till och med 29 september 2018 accepterar vi endast veckovis uthyrning med incheckning och utcheckning lördag.

Fantastic beach property

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was perfect for our family of five. The views from all three balconies was beautiful! Access to the beach was so easy and condo had everything we needed. We used the outdoor grills two nights as well. Highly recommend!

Great Location

Great location and setup for a family holiday weekend. Views of the ocean were excellent. Further from the center of town than I expected with less amenities provided for the cost. Overall, I would stay again when in this area!

Beautiful view

Really enjoyed the oceanfront property ,it was such a beautiful and peaceful view while sitting on the couch or in the king master bedroom upstairs. It was very spacious , nicely decorated and we enjoyed it so much, we didn’t want to leave.

Great repeat stay

We enjoyed a great second stay here. We were in town for a family wedding at the Isles and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. The pool was still open which was really nice. Once again the unit was perfect.

BYO literally everything!

Great view and location. You will need to bring literally everything from sheets to towels to toilet paper. I didn’t expect that the place didn’t supply enough toilet paper for 3 people after 24 hours ran out. Host said for us to get our own and they only supply a starter amount. It was just my 2 adults sons and me so that’s hardly a starter set for 3 bathrooms maybe a few squares in each bath not even a whole roll just leftovers. Going to the store is a hassle because you can’t walk to one so just be prepared to bring absolutely anything you could possibly need.

Great views and spacious

This is our 2nd stay in this unit. We absolutely love it. The views are fantastic. Right on the beach on lower end of Ocean Isle so it was not crowded. Plenty of room in the unit so you don’t feel like your right on top of each other. We had a family of 5 adults. This unit gives you sunrises and a view of the sunsets.

Another wonderful stay

This was our 3rd or 4th time staying here, and, other than Tropical Storm Debby, everything was excellent, as usual. We decided to stay, despite the voluntary evacuation order, and the owners kept in touch with us to make sure we were safe and well prepared. We were, and had no issues at all during the storm. We love Ocean Isle and this is our first choice when we visit.

Great Location

Wonderful location. Love staying at the Windjammer. Problems checking in- Owner forgot to change code but we were able to reach him fairly quickly. Be aware that the owner does control your AC unit remotely if you do not set the thermostat where he wants it. I've never experienced that before and there were times in the afternoon the unit was warmer than we'd like it to be even with the curtains drawn and the ceiling fans running.

Amazing oceanfront condo

We loved your 3 bedroom oceanfront condo. Thank you for providing clothes hampers for each bedroom. It definitely helped climbing up the stairs with dirty laundry much easier. Also, the electric outlet extender cords in each bedroom was extra thoughtful and appreciated. Thanks for providing both a regular coffee pot and a keurig. We loved the easy keyless entry pad and not having to keep up with a key. Overall your condo was excellent and provided the space we needed to relax and enjoy the beach The back deck was a bonus and we enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets The only thing missing would be a full length mirror in each bedroom for us ladies to check our outfits before heading out Would love to rent from you again in the future

Wonderful stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful week! Location is great! We loved walking to the Turtle Talk hosted at the nearby tipsy turtle tiki hut! Condo was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. You can tell the owners are thoughtful with extra power strips for all your charging needs. Sunset/sunrise views from the balconies were spectacular. Already booked again for next year! Can’t wait to get back!

April getaway

We really loved the place and location. We were attending a wedding at Ocean Isles so this was perfect. Two buildings away and right on the oceanfront. We were able to take beach walks, see dolphins and just relax. Linus and Jen were quick to respond to everything. What a beautiful area! Thank you!!

Windjammer at Ocean Isle Beach, NC

What an amazing property! We've had the privilege to stay at the Windjammer since 1998. This condo was, by far, the most wonderful of all we've rented over the last 25 years. The decor was perfect. Very warm and welcoming. Everything was beautifully thought through. Linus and Jen were extremely responsive. This couldn't have been any better.

Great visit!

We had a great stay. It was clean, comfortable beds, kitchen well stocked, really easy to get to/from the beach. Host was quick to respond to all questions. We'd definitely stay here again!

Nice property

Enjoyed our stay. Only complaint was that neither sliding glass door had a screen, so there was no way to keep bugs out of you wanted the door open. Otherwise, the property was in good shape and was just what we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Family weekend getaway

We had the best time in OIB at Linus’s condo. The unit is wonderfully located, very clean, and the kitchen is stocked. Linus is also very quick with replies. We would absolutely love to stay again!

Awesome Oceanfront Condo!

We had a lovely stay at Sunrise Coffee for our girl's weekend! The condo was the perfect size for 4 adults & we all slept comfortably. The master bed was especially comfy! The kitchen was equipped to suit our needs & the porches were a fantastic bonus. We've stayed at Windjammer before & the location can't be beat - lots of privacy & just a shory walk to the end of the island. We'd love to visit again for our next getaway!

Perfect for a getaway

Right on the beach with carts for hauling your gear to your condo (there's an elevator) or the beach. Nicely decorated. Primary suite is beautiful! Owner was very communicative and helpful.

Our family has been vacationing at the Windjammer Condo Complex for 20 years. We had grown to love this spot like a second home, and decided to make it a second home!

It is an ideal location for a family vacation/getaway. Beach and pool for kids of all ages, elevator access for older knees (or tired toddlers), and lots of hangout space for the entire family.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

There is direct, private beach access straight out from the covered parking - once off the elevator, your toes can be in the sand in less than a minute. Outdoor showers are at the pool and the walkway to the beach. The picnic areas and grills make for great cookout spots.
