Nice little spot close to the North end of Ocean Isle beach. The unit had all the things we needed for the week and it was nice to see the little things already there (TP/Paper towels etc) for the arrival day and didn't require us to go out into the rush of everyone arriving for the day.We had some mechanical issues upon arrival and Jamie kept us informed and had a technician out the next day to work on it. Thanks again!

This oceanfront property is amazing!! Everything about this place is absolute perfection…from the location to the accommodations!! The host was very thoughtful and great to communicate with!! My family had a wonderful vacation here!! We can’t wait to come back to the beach and will definitely stay here again!! Highly recommend this property!!

Awesome stay

We stayed here the week of July 4th for 7 days. One of the cleanest places I have ever stayed on Ocean Isle. And we have been coming to Ocean Isle for many years and have stayed in many homes and condos.Upon arrival the owner/ host had left us a personal note and beautiful box of sugar cookies from a local bakery. Loved the special touch. The kitchen was very well stocked and had most everything you would need. The beds were comfy. The beach was slightly crowded considering it was the Fourth of July. We would definitely return again.

Book It!!

The condo is exactly as pictured. The host, Jaime, was responsive to all messages sent. Our family of four loved the ease of access to the beach and comfort the condo provided. Loved the fact that the necessities were provided, along with a few extra surprises (Rubbermaid containers for leftovers, foil, baggies). Although, there are no spices/salt/pepper in the condo, so make sure to bring or pick-up some. We had two minor hiccups, which by no means was the fault of Jaime's. The cleaning crew was running behind and pushed our check-in time past 4:00 and the primary bedroom fan/light remote wasn't synced to the fan/light. Jaime offered to rectify both quickly. If/when we return to OIB, we would definitely book this condo again!

Check in was seamless. Owner was very responsive to our needs. Very clean and well stocked. Small things like having toilet paper and coffee pods also helped. Nice location and view of the beach. Short walk to the left to access beach.

Simply Beautiful!

My husband and I were able to enjoy a few days at this CLEAN and lovely condo this autumn. The weather was wonderful, location perfect (right on the beach!) and the condo both clean (SO important to me!) and well equipped.* Could not have asked for more! *The kitchen had plenty of cooking and serving wear, if you were not eating out. The storage closet had plenty of beach gear--from chairs and boogie boards to a wagon with large sand wheels. Just bring your bathing suit and sunblock, and you are ready to roll!

Only one of three kitchen light bulbs worked. The rear screen door was impossible to open. The filtered water and ice making machine was inoperable. We would have used the pool but when arrived there was a lady in the pool with a very large dog swimming along with its owner.

Just what we were looking for

Our stay was just what we were looking for. The condo was clean and exactly as described. Jaime was very communicative and helpful. The east end of the beach is the quieter end so that added to the wonderful experience. Definitely highly recommended.

Prime location, everything you need!

This was our 4th vacation to OIB since 2017 (we also stayed in Holden Beach in 2016). We adore the island, but I have never found a rental I liked well enough to book again…until now. This condo and its location on the island are amazing. You can tell that the owners really want you to love their condo and enjoy your stay. When I tell you they’ve thought of everything - they have thought of everything! I’ve never stayed in such a well appointed rental. I have booked many condos for our family of 5 over the years and here are a few things I’ve really come to appreciate: 1) included linens - seriously - there’s nothing worse than having to find a rental company, order the sheets and towels, schedule delivery and then have to make up the beds ON VACATION! 2) a dining table that actually fits our family of 5 - I’m always surprised to find condos that accommodate 6 people and have a dining set for 4 3) beach items that you can use! This one even has a Shibumi shade! We had a couple minor issues during our stay - I reached out to Jaime and she responded immediately. The location was one of my favorite parts - we have never stayed on this end of the island and I will only stay there going forward. It’s so peaceful and beautiful on this end! We had an amazing week! We will definitely reach out to book again!

We loved this place!

Our stay at here was divine! You cannot beat this spot. Best condo location on OIB!!! Beachfront just steps from your door not to mention the view you have when you step out your door! This is some of the widest beach on the island and a short walk east and you’re at the very end of the island and have an amazing view of the sunrise. The pool is very clean and a good size. Felt like we had it to ourselves most of the time. The condo is beautifully appointed and sleeps six very comfortably. Kitchen has all you need. Jamie was great and super responsive. Check in very easy. We will be back! You should plan a visit too!

Excellent Condo

We have stayed in many condos on Ocean Isle but this one was the best! The condo was tastefully decorated. It had many extras including a coffee bar, margarita machine etc. They also had a fully stocked storage unit with chairs, wagon, grill and more. We will use this unit again next time. Thanks Jamie for a wonderful week at you unit.

Just Right!

This was just the right property to meet my requirements for a celebratory week with dear friends. I wanted oceanfront in a cozy, clean, well-stocked condo with easy access and a big, wide beach. I am hard to please, and this place lived up to everything I wanted. I loved how organized the kitchen is and it just felt like they'd really thought of how to meet every guests' needs to make it an ideal relaxing vacation spot. We will definitely return. Thanks so much!!

Nice Place.

Very nice and very clean. Great location and close to many things to do. The only thing I personally did not like was the ring doorbell camera. I felt like I was being watched every time I went outside. People say they cut them off…… If that doesn’t bother you than I recommend checking this place out.

Spring break getaway

We came down for my son’s baseball tournament during spring break. The condo was very clean, with unobstructed ocean views and steps from beach access. The kitchen was one of the best stocked in any rental we’ve ever stayed in. We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in OIB.

Perfect beach getaway

Everything about our trip to this rental was perfect: communication about directions and what we needed to bring (they supplied everything, from towels and linens to a clean sink sponge), suggestions for what to do and where to eat, and OH-MY-WORD the rental itself! All of the blankets and pillows and towels were clean and fluffy -- so inviting -- and the space felt open and totally comfortable. And the view is spectacular, right out to the beach. We saw dolphins the first morning while enjoying coffee. I will definitely book this place again, and given the care shown for this rental, I'm going to check out their mountain location, too. Highly recommend it!!
