It is also a short distance from the Parc Natural de s'Albufera, the Hydropark of Alcudia, the Alcanada Golf Club and about 60 km from Palma airport.



In the exterior, the property offers a well-maintained garden, furnished terrace, barbecue area, and a large private swimming pool perfect for cooling off during sunny days. The fenced plot and its location make it ideal for families with children.
