Ocean front 5 sovrum / 3. 5 bad med omvÀnd planlösning (kök och sovrum pÄ översta vÄningen). Huset Àr laddat med hiss, ismaskin, lövtrÀ hela, 2 utomhusduschar och 4 kaptenstolar pÄ översta dÀck. Underbar utsikt över hela ön samt Topsail Sound. Hem sover 12-14. Fyra av de fem sovrummen vetter mot havet. Kung sÀng i sovrummet, 3 drottningar och uppsÀttningar av 2 kojer i ryggen sovrummet. Det finns ocksÄ en drottning utdragbar soffa i vardagsrummet. Smart HDTV med kabel och wifi i varje sovrum. (Ingen kabelbox i vÄningssÀng rum - endast Wi-Fi för Netflix etc.) Vi har Wi-Fi över hela huset. Huset har en tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare för gÀst att anvÀnda.

We are from Raleigh, NC. Our family has been going to Topsail Beach for 20 + years. We decided it was time for us to own our own home. We looked and looked but decided to build our dream house. We love it so much!! We hope you will too.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
You will love this house. It is located on a quiet side street (not the main drag). The location is quiet and peaceful and safe for families that enjoy walking, running and biking. The house sits about one half mile from the Jolly Roger Pier, which has shopping, restaurants and beach rentals.
There are three decks and oustside seating on every floor, outside of every bedroom. There is a Smart HDTV in each bedroom with premium cable and/or Wi-Fi (Netflix, Hulu etc.).
There are two outdoor showers. One is located on the deck going to and from the beach, the other is fully enclosed and private, on the ground level in the rear end of the house. Landscape lighting illuminates the stairs and decking in the evenings.
The house is very comfortable and decorated with coastal motifs and bright colors. The elevator is an awesome addition for this large house. The elevator comes in handy when hauling luggage, groceries and laundry. It is also a must have for elderly and handicapped people. My husband loves the ice maker. Always at the beach, stopping for ice was a daily or two day chore and a freezer hog... not anymore. We love the ice machine. We wish we had one at home in Raleigh.

Beautiful views, walk to marina, boat slip, shops, pier and restaurants, all located blocks from the tiny cute town of downtown Topsail.
Three blocks directly across the street on the west side of the home are several sound and intercostal accesses. These are perfect for launching kayaks and paddleboards, if you like to explore the estuaries, sand bars and natural beauty of coastal North Carolina.
