Sitt på däck för att se den vackra soluppgången över stranden, gå sedan till Granny's Country Kitchen för en god och god frukost på morgonen. Tillbringa dagen på stranden avkopplande, kanske ta en våg eller två, bygga några sandslott med barnen och gå sedan över till Ocean Grills Tiki Bar för några avkopplande drinkar. Kolla på rider, arkad och mängden utsökt mat på boardwarken tidigt på kvällen.

På söndagskvällar på sommaren erbjuder Carolina Lake över strandpromenaden gratis filmer på parken på sommaren. På den korta promenaden upp till strandpromenaden och sjön går du in i Pops glass och plockar upp en speciell godis för familjen. Kan livet bli bättre?

Carolina Beach 2024 family weekend

Excellent host with friendly and thorough communication. Our family had an enjoyable couple of days. Great location and convenient although it wasn’t on the beach but had easy beach access and view of ocean. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed. Could have used a few more paper products but what was there was adequate. Key pad instructions could have been a little clearer for those unfamiliar with key pads but all good. Great selection of beds and variety of sizes but some not as comfortable as others. Overall great selection and likely to consider again in the future. Thanks for everything!

Perfect for families

This house had 5 bedrooms and each had its own bath. That's a great feature. House stocked with everything we could have wanted and needed. Many extras that most rentals don't include. Very short walk to the beach. Would recommend this house to anyone.

Spacious house close to the beach

My family of five and a friend’s family of four stayed for a week. The house was very spacious and we all had our own personal space. Loved that all of the bedrooms had a bathroom. The proximity to the beach was amazing. Just a quick walk with no busy streets. Perfect for the little ones (and parents lugging wagons ). The house also had everything we needed. Things that were forgotten were already at the house. Communication with the owner was easy. We would love to stay again sometime!

Great family gathering

Our group of 12 adults and 2 youth found Leeward more than met our needs. Large enough that we could spread out, also space for us to gather together. The short walk to the beach without having to navigate road traffic was a blessing. A rarity, the kitchen was well appointed with pots/pans and dinnerware sufficient for a larger group. Kure/Carolina has been our choice for more than 40 years, and Leeward helped continue that tradition.

Great location!

The house was located perfectly for our large group and small kids since we didn’t have to cross any roads and we’re right by the ocean! You could hear it from the deck at night and see it during the day. My only small complaint was the downstairs bed, it was hard as a rock. Still didn’t stop us from enjoying the place and having the best time!! Property manager was easy to contact and super nice and helpful. We will be back again!!

Close to everything!

We had such an easy walk to the beach or to Granny's for breakfast, ice cream shop, or a tiki bar. Or jump in the car and in a mile you can be in the center of restaurants, rides, shops. Traffic wasn't so bad and everyone is friendly. The house is roomy so everyone can spread out.

Great house but better cleaning and renovations needed!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The rooms and bathroom set up is perfect for families. However there were quite a few things that needed fixing and small renovations. Two of the bedroom doors did not shut (One completely off the hinge and had to stay open the whole time. Hooks in the bathroom were hanging or missing. These are the few things I remember. Also, I highly suggest looking into a new cleaning company. The floors were a little gross and we had to move the couch once and it was disgusting and had not been clean in forever. Those things need some work. Other than that we truly loved our stay and the closeness to the beach and town. We would stay here again! Thanks so much!

House over all good

Nice property and roomy. Could use some up grades. Pillows could have been washed, Stains on them. Pull out coach had no sheets and very uncomfortable. Cleaning crew could have done a better job, floor were still sandy and bottom door sill moves, because you can slip. Like I said, nice property close to beach and roomy for a big party just needs some upgrades.

Third year in a row staying here

Noticed some renovations had been done. It looks like some more cosmetic work still needs to be done. But the house was clean and our family group of 11 (6 adults and 5 kids) really enjoy staying at this house and asked me to book again next year. Location to beach is excellent because we don't have to cross the road. Plenty of space for us all. Kitchen well equipped. Wish there were some portable cots, so we didn't have to bring air mattress for one kid. Kids do not want to share beds. Overall we had an awesome vacation in this house.

Great location!

So nice not to have any streets to cross to get to the beach, especially with little kids! Everyone had their own bathroom, the house was clean, and the host responded quickly to any issues! Convenient laundry, nice porch with seating, and we loved having the hot/cold shower downstairs! We hope we can come back again!

Super Close to the Beach!

If you love heading to the beach and then being able to run back and forth throughout the day/night when you need to, you are literally <50 yards away with no busy streets to navigate. You can see the house from your chair on the beach! Sunrises were awesome. Yoga on the beach just steps away as well. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was great + a half bath. Note: Because the main drag through town is just on the other side (west side) of the home, those with youngsters will need to keep them close, just from a traffic standpoint. Otherwise, once you cross the street, you then have fairly quiet streets available for morning walks and the like (if not on the beach).

We wanted to buy a beach house that we can enjoy as well as rent out. Carolina beach is a beautiful family oriented beach, and the location of the house was too good to pass up. Who wouldn't want a house this close to the beach?
