Detta två våningar familj hem ligger 50 meter direkt ovanför den kraschande surf. Fastigheten har en egen "ö" framför huset. Ocean's Edge erbjuder stor integritet medan du är i närheten av staden. Byggt på 1960-talet, denna 1 700 kvadratmeter, 3 sovrum, 2 badstuga rymmer sex med extra sängar för åtta. Spa-rum med bubbelpool och havsutsikt! Med en 180˚ fri utsikt har varje rum sitt eget perspektiv på havet. Dess abborre på klippan gör det enkelt att upptäcka säsongens migration av valar. Det finns ett uttal av kust, hav och vadande fåglar eller rovfåglar som gör ett stopp i träden på "ön" framför huset. Många havstakar pricker havet. Även om det inte finns tillgång till stranden från fastigheten, på kort gångavstånd från huset, kan Pebble Beach nås. Vintern stannar vid Ocean's Edge kan ge norra Stillahavets dramatiska vinterstormar med bränningen som strunar stranden och klipporna under. Det är ingen rökning i huset!

This house is so unique and fun and the views are INCREDIBLE. Lots of place to go nearby and felt nice and private. Absolutely would not hesitate to stay here again!

Peaceful and Quiet

This house was perfect for us, although it would be good for about 6-8 people. The views from the balcony were spectacular!!! Couldn't ask for a better view. So peaceful and serene. Close to everything also. Would definitely come back here.

We loved it!

Arrived during a “bomb cyclone” to find this sturdy little cliffside house clean, well-stocked and cozy/warm. The views are absolutely stunning - we saw numerous whales- and we loved the 70s vibes and furnishings. This is a one-of-a-kind place that our family will never forget.

Gorgeous location

The views are beyond amazing. We visited to hike in the Redwoods, but could’ve just relaxed on the deck staring at the ocean. Loved it.

Fully satisfied our need for ocean time

Our 3 night stay was great! We wish it could have been longer. Going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the surf is one of the things that soothes our soul, and this house provided that to a tee for us. It felt like Grandpa and Grandma 's house with the decor and furnishings, but we did not lack for anything during our stay. Dishes, pots and pans, and all the kitchen gadgets needed allowed us to prepare some great meals. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing as always

This is our third time staying here. We loved it just as much as always. The views, the sound of the ocean while we sleep, watching the birds out the window, sitting on the balcony taking in the beauty- this is one of our favorite vrbo locations.

The view is amazing!! Some minor changes needed Futon in downstairs room and west windows blinds replacement. Kitchen was GREAT with pretty much anything you might need! Many nearby excursion opportunities! Loved our visit!

Unbelievable ocean views

The house is set on the cliff above the beach, and the views are unbelievable. The house is quirky in the best way, and there are fun features throughout the house. Falling asleep to the ocean sounds and waking to the misty mornings is a dream come true.

Exceptional property!

Exceptional property with unobstructed views of ocean/coastline. We fully appreciate the dramatic nature of this property location with crashing waves, rock islands, bird life, and ocean sounds. Home is spacious, clean, and well appointed. Only regret for this family of four from Colville, WA is the booking of only 2 nights. So excited to return for a longer stay!

Falling apart, way over priced & no ventilation

I was so excited to stay based on the VRBO listing. BUT... there were major leaks in the roof leaving water spots in the ceiling. There was only 1 small window that opened over the sink so by the afternoon the sun had heated up the "cabin" so hot it was miserable. Furniture was held.toge

Beautiful oceanfront location with 180 degree views from all rooms and balcony. Great privacy. Level doorfront parking. Fully stocked kitchen. Full size dining table in front of floor to ceiling windows. Large downstairs bedrooms. So relaxing to hear the ocean day and night. Perfect sunsets in November.

A groovy time was had by all

If you're looking for an amazing view while re-experiencing life in the 60's and 70's, this is the place for you! The home contains a sweet collection of retro appliances, furniture, and components living long forgotten in today's world. The home is well stocked, comfortable and welcoming. It is closely located to the Redwoods, restaurants and equipped with information of the local area. The view can absolutely not be beat. We would absolutely come back.

A retro cabin with a beautiful view and an excellent location.

Our family loved this cabin! The view is spectacular, the cabin is roomy and has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My only nitpick is there was no useable outlet in the upstairs bathroom, but there are plenty available in the downstairs bathroom, so it was not a huge issue. The location was superb for beach access, drives and hikes in the Redwood parks too. Oceanside Cabin is close to grocery stores, the marina, the lighthouse in Crescent City and Point St. George. We were close to everything really and had things to do every day. Then we enjoyed beautiful view to relax with when we returned after enjoying the surrounding areas. I really didn't want to come home. I will point out that the house is a time capsule and while you still have everything you need, renters should expect to go back in time. But there is charm in that and a bit of nostalgia, or novelty, to add to your stay. We would stay here again. Loved it!

Amazing!

We have stayed in several places on the coast and this is our favorite by far. The pictures do not do justice to the awesome views of this part of the coast. Also, although the house is on a street with other houses, it sits by itself and feels private. This is as close as you can get to the ocean without being on a boat! The house is older but that is a plus, in my mind. It is quirky and unique and fun! It is clean and the kitchen is truly well-equipped with lots of cookware and dishes. The only thing we will bring next time is a knife-sharpener :). Some of the best tide-pooling on the coast is just footsteps away. We are already planning another visit.

Great views, great access to redwoods, a bit dated.

We had a great time and the house was perfect for us (2 adults, 3 year old). Unbeatable views, the deck is literally hanging over the ocean, and very accessible to local redwood parks. Despite any comments later in this review, we would absolutely go back and recommend to anyone. Kitchen was adequately appointed, although appliances were a bit dated, they were perfectly functional. In general, the whole house could use some work. Carpets are a bit stained and worn, furniture is very dated, saggy, and on it's last legs (however, go outside!). If the carpet and other flooring were updated and some new couches / chairs were brought in, this would be 5-stars no question.
