Great condo and location! We could walk or bike to just about everything. Only small criticism- bedroom needs a dresser of some kind to unpack.

If you’re looking for a beautifully appointed well stocked place in walking distance to downtown Bentonville this is it!!! Assigned parking place, full size washer/dryer, extra blankets, pillows and towels. Would definitely stay there again!

Great location, awesome condo

We were in Bentonville for just one night and this condo was the perfect spot for us. Super close to the downtown square, so lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Super clean and cozy! Tracy was very easy to communicate with, and quick to respond. Highly recommend this condo!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay in Bentonville and this rental was perfect for us. The location allowed us to walk or bike to so many different spots. It was easy to get in and out of and the rental itself was clean and had everything we needed! The host was very responsive and we didn't need to worry about anything.

Great stay in downtown Bentonville

All the comforts of home in this townhouse! It was nice to have a full kitchen with plenty of coffee and filtered water in the refrigerator. Great location with lots of restaurants close by and an easy walk over to Crystal Bridges.

Everything excellent. First VRBO I’ve stayed at where we can not think of one thing to improve. Super clean, sofa had even been vacuumed. Great location, nice neighborhood.

50th Birthday MTB Trip!

This was my second trip to Bentonville and my husband’s first. The location is PERFECT! It is one block over from the YT Mill, Specialized Experience Center and the Ledger, coffee, restaurant , bars, and shopping so you won’t have to walk far when your legs are tired at the end of the day. It’s only a short walk to the city square and a short bike ride to the trails. The condo is super comfortable, immaculately clean and a perfect home base for exploring Bentonville!!

Clean and quiet

We enjoyed our stay. Unit is in the middle of a very active downtown. Yet it was quiet and very comfortable. The check out was the easiest i have ever had.

a nice place to stay

This condo was much nicer in person that the pictures indicated! It is just a 1-2 minute walk to downtown Bentonville square. All the amenities were perfect. I would absolutely stay here again!

Condo is within walking distance of all of downtown Bentonville and a 5 minute ride to the Slaughterpen Trails. Perfect.

Biking in Bentonville

This was the perfect place for our stay. We walked or rode our bikes everywhere we wanted to go. The space was relaxing and it was supplied with everything you could need. I highly recommend this downtown location.

Lovely place to stay!

Property is very close to downtown area which makes walking places a breeze. Condo was just like the internet said and was super clean and very nice. Would definitely recommend staying at this property.
