Islander Condo # 511 är en West View, Platinum Unit som rymmer upp till 6 personer. Undvik hissar med enkel tillgång till bottenvåningen och parkeringsplatsen via trappan nära lägenheten. Steg in i vårt tropiska paradis som är bekvämt beläget för snabb och enkel tillgång till stranden eller ditt val av två pooler.

Köket är nyligen renoverat med bänkskivor i granit och är fullt utrustat med alla verktyg för att tillgodose dina matlagningsbehov. Samla runt matsalen bord med plats för 6 eller koppla av i vardagsrummet på uppdaterade möbler för att titta på 52 "TV med en DVD-spelare och digital kabel tillgång. Det finns en drottning bäddsoffa tillgänglig för gästerna.

Det uppdaterade sovrummet har en king size-säng och en 24 "TV och DVD-spelare. Badrummet har stor fåfänga med badkar / dusch. Gäst sovrummet har 2 nya, dubbla sängar, samt en 24 "TV med en DVD / VCR combo. Gästbadet en badkar / dusch combo.

Great family trip

Our family had a great time in this vacation rental. Access to beach was outstanding as well as other nearby attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay....

Loved how easy it was to get in and out of this property, unlike some of the larger condos we’ve stayed in before. We loved the pool and the condo was very nice.

Perfect location

Nice and clean. Close to the places we enjoy and great beach access. The staff was always so nice and was quiet even with being above the pool.

The beds aren’t very comfortable but I can sleep on anything so it’s ok. We really suggest the owner to upgrade cooking ware. All the pots and pans are super sticking! I spend good amount of time just cleaning them lol. Also the plastic spatula is super cheap

Master bathroom sink kept stopping up.Iron needs to be replaced it is broke. We were told trash chute was only on 2nd and 3rd floors, but it was one on the 5th floor where our unit was. It would have been nice if both pools were open at 8 am, one pool didn't open until 10 AM. Very near to shops, restaurants and activities.

We enjoyed our stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property & location were as described. We loved our view from the west side and as shown in the description. The Islander property itself and the unit were clean & maintained. It was just a short walk around the pool & tennis courts to get to the beach. We came at the end of Dec and were driving in a car, so it would have been nice to have beach chair services. They have a nice gazebo/covered shelter area where you can grill/eat. The front desk were helpful. The pull out sofa was comfortable enough for a sleeper sofa but I wish that units would provide a memory foam pad to place on top for added comfort. The neighborhood was nice. I would recommend this property and stay there again. We talked to "snowbirds" who have been coming there for years and they enjoy their stay there as well.

Subpar at best

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was dirty upon arrival and we had to wash all the dishes prior to use due to food left on the silverware & black residue on cooking utensils/bowls. The fans had dust piled on them, the dressers were missing knobs, the sheets were stained and the mattress cover is ripped. Barely enough cooking utensils to make a meal. After showing the front desk pictures they did refund us the housekeeping fee & for that I was grateful. Overall the best part of the unit was the view of the bay. The elevators became stuck on a regular basis. This made it challenging getting to and from the 5th floor.
