Vi skulle gÀrna vilja att du ska njuta av vÄrt nybyggda hem (slutfört februari 2017) 3 sovrum, 3 badrum strand hemma ligger i Kiwanda Shores gated community of Pacific City! Detta nya byggnadshus ligger bara 4 minuters promenad och tvÄ kvarter frÄn en lÄng strÀcka med vackra sandstrÀnder redo för utforskning! Huset sover 10 vuxna eller 11 om det finns barn.

Boendet pÄ huvudnivÄn inkluderar en stor, öppen planlösning. Vardagsrummet har en propan spis, stora sektioner och vÀlvda tak, alla öppna för matplats och kök. Du hittar en mysig och avkopplande atmosfÀr medan du tittar pÄ din favoritprogram eller film pÄ den 65 "böjda TV: n. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-sÀng, klÀdkammare och eget badrum med eget badrum. Dessutom hittar du tvÄ drottning sovrum, ett badrum och tvÀttstuga. PÄ de trevliga sommardagarna kan du koppla av pÄ bakdÀcken medan middagen lagar mat pÄ den överdimensionerade rostfria BBQ. Höga ytor inkluderar bÀnkskivor i granit, plattor i golv och apparater i rostfritt stÄl.

PÄ övervÄningen hittar du ett stort loftrum och privat badrum i full storlek. Loftet har en fullstor sÀng, dubbelsÀng och drottning-en-bÀddsoffa med en skummadrass. Detta ger ett bra utrymme för barnen att umgÄs och titta pÄ en film frÄn vÄr samling eller Netflix eller spela videospel pÄ Xbox 1 eller Wii.

Dessutom kan du njuta av fotboll eller en omgÄng pool i garaget. Strandleksaker och nÄgra fÄ stolar finns tillgÀngliga för dina dagsutflykter och bÄl pÄ stranden. Vi har ocksÄ tillhandahÄllit en BIR-joggingvagn för smÄ. Du Àr en kort promenad till stranden, Pelican Brew Pub, kaféer och Kiwanda Market. Vi hoppas att du gillar din vistelse pÄ Sandpiper Escape!

Ytterligare information: Extra bred uppfart möjliggör parkering av tre fordon (kan placera en fjÀrde över botten av uppfarten pÄ grus vid behov). Det finns ingen gatuparkering i Kiwanda Shores.

Everything was great. Kitchen had every pot, pot, airfryer, all equipment you could want. Beds were totally comfortable. Game room was great. 2 blocks to the beach.Would go back tomorrow if we could.

Great stay. Very clean. Fun house. 14 and 11 year olds loved the pool table and video games. Easy walk to beach. Would definitely rent again next time in Pacific City.

Four old friends gathered for a reunion ... we had a great time! Property is very clean, kitchen is well stocked, bedrooms all very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the foosball, air hockey and pool table in the garage. Would stay there again.

Beautiful house on the coast!

We all gathered to memorialize my mom who passed last July. The house was in such a great location, beautifully furnished and perfect for the 7 of us! I couldn't have asked for a better place to come together! Loved that the beach access was close and it was a short walk to the Pelican brewery where my daughter was married last October. All in all it couldn't have been any better. Definitely worth every penny.

Great stay in Kiwanda Shores

Great floor plan in exceptionally clean house steps from the beach. Easily accommodated our group for a Dory Boat excursion out of Pacific City. House had everything we needed and hosts were very communicative and helpful. We would definitely come back again. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was impeccably clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for a Thanksgiving feast. Our son loved using the video game systems and beating his grandparents at air hockey.

What a fantastic weekend!

Amazing house in a great neighborhood, close to the beach, hosts were great. Awesome game room and lots of board games. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds and pillows were comfy, linens and towels good quality. We had a wonderful time😊

Wonderful home

The home was lovely. lots of room and things to do. quick walk to the beach. we even had a Christmas tree waiting for us when we arrived! The host were responsive to our questions. The neighborhood was quiet.Very lovely! Would definitely stay there again.

Fun in the sun

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, 10 out of 10 recommend. This house is a few blocks away from the beach, you can tell the house is well taken care of! Sheets and towel are white and clean, kitchen has all the cooking pots, pans, utensils you will need. Grill out back was great, family enjoyed having the pool table out in the garage. Would come back again!

This home is co-owned by a set of grandparents and their son and daughter-in-law who live in the Dundee/Newberg, Oregon area. It was always a dream of the grandparents to own a beach home and it's become a special place for them to gather together as a family. We love this home and have created some great memories on this beach. We are excited to share this special place on the Oregon coast with you and hope you enjoy it at much as we do!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Sandpiper Escape is a perfect home to enjoy all that Pacific City and the surrounding community has to offer! This home works especially well for multi-generational groups, as most of the bedrooms are on the main level. There are activities for people of all ages to enjoy at the home and it's only a 4-5 minute walk to the beach. This home is located in the quiet, gated community of Kiwanda Shores.
