Nu idrottsliga 4 sovrum, 4 1/2 badrum, 2 kök och flera underhållningsområden, den här egenskapen har allt du behöver för en fantastisk vecka på stranden! Regnig dag? Inga problem! Du kommer att älska de många saker du kan göra i huset och i den bekvämliga utvecklingen av The Grande vid Canal Pointe. På havssidan av väg 1 har Canal Pointe 2 pooler, 2 gym, tennis / basketplan, 2 klubbhus och en lekplats för de små. Det är nära till stranden (1. 5 miles), shopping och fantastiska restauranger.

Detta hus är fullt av moderna bekvämligheter och lyx. Huset går tillbaka till ett lugnt och privat trädbevuxet område med damm, där du kan koppla av med en cocktail medan du grillar på däck. Första våningen har king size-master svit, välutrustat kök med frukostkrog, matplats och vardagsrum med stor platt-skärm smart-TV, DVD-spelare, trådlös Bose-högtalare och gas spis. Vardagsrumssoffan har också en drottningssäng med uppgraderad madrass. Gott om garderobsutrymme och ett pulverrum slutför 1: a våningen.

Den övre nivån i hemmet har en andra, queen-size master svit, ett tredje sovrum med 2 enkelsängar, ett tredje badrum och ett loftområde för barnen att leka. Välj bland en mängd olika spel, pussel, kort eller karaoke från "Harry Potter Room" -spelet. Varje sovrum är utrustat med en platt-TV med utökad kabel och Blu-Ray-spelare, Apple TV och / eller PlayStation.

Den lägre nivån har en nybyggd underhållningssvit med biljardbord, darttavla och arkadspel med 412 klassiska spel inklusive Ms. Pac-Man, Frogger och Donkey Kong. Intresserad av familjens lekkväll? Det finns ett pokerbord med plats för åtta spelare, som kan vändas för att äta middag. En bar top med barstolar är belägen bekvämt bakom den L-formade soffan och framför den stora platt-TV för att titta på spel eller filmer. Det finns ett andra välfylldt kök med Keurig, ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och platt-TV och ett komplett badrum. Soffan är en bäddsoffa för ytterligare gäster.

Terrific Property in Rehoboth Beach!

We just finished up a fantastic stay in Rehoboth Beach! The property was very clean and exactly as advertised, with tons of amenities. The downstairs game room is incredible and gave us plenty to do all week! The location is also great, with an easy trip into downtown Rehoboth and to the beach, and it's also very close to the biking trails. All in all, it was a great stay and a property that I highly recommend!

Family Vacation

It was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed and more for the week we were there. Sherri was so informative and helpful with places to eat, beaches, etc. The property was great for taking bike rides and walks every day. We truly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Perfect layout with 3 bedroom and separate baths. Outdoor deck overlooking canal was added bonus!

Great location off Route 1 and within walking distance of the bike trail and outlets! Can also get into Rehoboth without having to drive onto Route 1! Property had everything you could want including bikes to borrow and exercise room near the pool!!

Perfect

Sherri’s place was better than advertised. It was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. It was spacious for our family of five. The kitchen had everything thing you’d need to prep and eat. The grill was very nice. The neighborhood was quiet and the pool was an easy walk and very nice. Couldn’t have been better!! Will stay here again when in Rehoboth. Thank you!!

New Year's Visit

Visiting my parents who live nearby in a small condo with my family and dog- decided to get a house that was convenient to Rehoboth Beach and its attractions (even more than just the Outlets!) in addition to being close to my parents - so glad that the owners are sharing this gem with renters! It was clean, roomy and in a quiet neighborhood that we could walk/jog in every morning. On the days that it was a little rainy, the game room was great and kept three teens/pre-teens busy with games, pool, ping pong and an old style arcade game - its great to know that Ms Pac Man still attracts highly active12 year olds! Would highly recommend and hope to be back soon in the near future for another visit!!

Rehoboth Beach Family Vacation

The home is lovely, spacious and perfectly located to the beaches, downtown shops, restaurants, malls, and the walk/bike trails. It’s in a peaceful quiet community but 5 minutes to the action. We were a family of five adults and we had tons of privacy and lots of common areas to gather. The entertainment area downstairs was a favorite for all with late night pool, cards, darts, ping pong and video game competitions. The back deck is a nature magnet with egrets, ibis, an osprey nest, deer, and other wildlife. Also provided were beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, beach toys etc. Sherri was a very responsive and proactive host, going out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our time in Rehoboth Beach. We’d have no hesitation staying there again.

The perfect vacation accommodations.

This property has everything you need! There were beach chairs and umbrellas. There were also five bikes. It is the perfect distance to bike to the outlets, breweries , and beach. There are two great pools and work our rooms as well. The house is spacious and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked. Has a lovely back porch that you can watch ospreys from. We enjoying the grill on the back porch as well. It also has a walking/biking path nearby . You will love this rental!!!!! The owner always answered any question in a very timely fashion!!! Easy check in and check out!!!!

Really nice place, close to the beach.

The townhome was very nice and comfortably fit 7 adults and an infant. Beds and couches were comfortable and there was plenty of space to eat. Home was outfitted with all kitchen cooking needs and included 5 bikes, beach chairs and plenty of toys. Downstairs gameroom was awesome and deck was roomy for all of us to sit comfortably. The housing plan had two pools, tennis and basketball coirts and was close to great bike trails. It was located 5 minutes from the Rehoboth strip with plenty of good eating choices as well as 5 minutes from rhe business strip that had a lot of stores and restaurants to choose from. Landlord waa excellent in communication regarding all aspects before and during our stay. Even reimbursed us for bike locks that we bought and left there. I would definitely stay again and recommend. Great place!! ♥️

Family trip

Our family just returned from a great vacation in Rehoboth Beach and much of that can be attributed to the home that we stayed at. The home came as advertised. We were 6 adults, an infant and a dog; and everyone had their own space. The game room downstairs was our gathering spot each night for ping pong, cards and Ms Pac-man. It was a short walk to the pool or a quick drive to the beach, the boardwalk, or the outlets. The owners left bikes, pool toys, basically anything that you would need for a fun family vacation. I reached out to Sherri a couple of times with questions and received responses quickly. The first night we couldn’t find the ping pong net and Sherri told us where it would probably be and she was correct. The next day a package was delivered to the house with a new net and ping pong paddles. When I questioned Sherri, she told me that she didn’t want us to go without and ordered a replacement in case we couldn’t find the original! I can’t say enough about the home and the great time we had. We will definitely be returning!

Perfect Property, Perfect Location!

We vacationed here from July 7th through the 14th, 2018. The town home was beautiful and provided every amenity you could imagine. The kitchen was spotless, well stocked with kitchenware and utensils, and the cupboard was loaded with spices. A full sized washer and dryer was available for use and was very convenient. The back deck had an amazing view of nesting osprey and a nearby canal. The deck also sported a gas grill for cooking out and an outdoor hose made it convenient to wash off the beach sand. The garage came loaded with bikes, all the necessary accessories, beach gear, umbrellas, and beach chairs. The town home was located less than a quarter mile from a flat, gravel bike/walking area that had paths through the woods to the beach, the outlets, and Rehoboth. For rainy days there were books, movies, cable TV, games, and a gaming console available. We were only about 10-20 minutes by car from both Dewey and Rehoboth Beaches, the boardwalk, and many shops. Sherri, one of the owners, responded almost immediately to my questions sent via email. We had no problems or concerns during our stay, however, I am certain she would have resolved them equally as fast. The town house is located in an area that is quiet, has very little traffic, and is within about a block of the community pool/clubhouse. I would very much recommend this property for anyone visiting the area and as a extra bonus, it is dog friendly! Our golden retriever, Murphy, loved the home, the hikes, and especially the beach. This is a cozy, clean, and quiet location with wonderful neighbors surrounded by all that the area has to offer. When we visit again, we will certainly be staying here! Fun beach rental

Conveniently located dog friendly beach home with nice community amenities. Very close to Juction Breakwater traihead, local farmers market and micro brewery. My teenage sons loved the ping-pong and pool table in the basement and the multigame cabinet had many of the games I used to play on the boardwalk when I was a kid.

It was a great home for our beach trip

I can’t say enough good things about this home and Sherri & Ellen. They were the best hosts, responded right away any time we reached out with questions. They have a beautiful home with great attention to details. Wonderful accommodations and amenities so you don’t have to bring half your house with you! They had plenty of blankets, pillows, kitchenware, coffee machine, grill and so much more. It was spacious and very comfortable. The kids (and adults) LOVED the game room/entertainment area. They had a karaoke machine, poker table, ping pong and pool tables. It was an incredible property within a great community. Mary ( pool attendant) at the bigger pool was AWESOME! The smaller pool attendant was a little rude so I would just stick to the bigger pool when you stay. But other than that hiccup, it was an amazing stay! Ellen and Sherri were wonderful and I can’t wait to rent from them again!

Great family place to rent

Great family place to rent. Just a few miles from the beach and everything you can think of to do. Inside the house has plenty of amenities to keep you busy. For the ones that like tattoos, we/some of us got tattoos during our stay and that was close and the price was reasonable as well. Overall five stars for this vacation in home we rented

Spacious fun house

The house was described very well. Our family had plenty of room. The 18 month old played boo many times. The game room was another room to hang out and have fun. It was a close walk to pool.

Beautiful community

Sherri was a pleasure to work with! She was very responsive to our needs and questions. The property is located in a very well maintained community, and although there are many specific rules, it is only a few minute drive to the beach and near many bike trails. Would highly recommend:)

We had a wonderful time ! House was beautiful ! We especially enjoyed the game room! Something for all us! We have stayed at several places in same complex . This was one of the top places we stayed !! Only negative we would have was the master suites bed was not very comfortable and most of the doors squeeked! Overall awesome place !! Thanks for allowing us to stay at your beautiful place !!
