The property has three bedrooms sleeping five guests consisting of a king-size, a double and a single served by a bathroom. There is also a kitchen and a living/dining room with a woodburning stove. Outside you can find a private terrace and decking with furniture and a gas barbecue, 18 acres of shared grounds and off-road parking for two cars.(The Blue House at Magnolia Lake is the perfect holiday home for families or two couples seeking to explore Devon.
