Great place, great location. Quiet and comfortable.

The flat was very clean and comfortable. We asked if there was a hair dryer there, and didn't get a reply. There was one, but it would be good to list it among the amenities. There's a really good coffee place nearby - The Emporium. People there are wonderful to their guests. Would highly recommend the flat to others!

A handy hideaway in a lovely neighborhood close to the action

Islington turned out to be a perfect location to explore London while being in a quiet, yet interesting neighborhood. The apartment was cozy and provided a good place for us to relax after a nice day sight-seeing. The apartment was as described and spotless upon arrival.

Excellent for seeing the sights

This was a fabulous, safe, quiet and comfortable flat for us to use as a base when visiting London. 5 minutes from the local tube and amenities. Flat was warm and we'll provided for in terms of amenities, linens etc.

Fantastic location!

The flat is in a fantastic location and easily accessible from public transport. It is a large size, with one bedroom located upstairs. The bathroom is quite small and could use some updating.

Fantastic location!

The flat is in a great location and easily accessible from pubic transport. There is a large reception room and main bathroom on the lower level. The bathroom is small, as is the kitchen. The upstairs bedroom is not a bad size either. If the backyard was cleaned up and weeded, it would be a lovely place to relax in the evening.

Overall very good

No hot water when we arrived (a pain after 40 hours travel) but it got fixed the next day. Washing machine broken, which is quite a pain when travelling for a month. Otherwise, quite good. Large and airy. A decent walk to transport but managable.

Kitchen wasn't super-clean but overall recommendable

Not far to the tube and to supermarkets. A park just in front is nice. Apartment is well equipped. Landlord helped quickly with some smaller things. Wifi was unusably slow. Cupboards in the kitchen were dirty and the coffeemachine still contained the rest from our precessors. But overall good.

Gillade: Incheckning, kommunikation och plats

Tage in London

Lage der Wohnung ist für Londonbesuch optimal, da sehr nah (6 Minuten zu Fuss) zu nächsten größeren U-bahnstation (Highbury/Isl.). Am besten mit Bahn oder Taxi kommen, da keine öffentlichen Parkplätze vorhanden sind. Kosten ca. 15 BP am Tag für Parkhaus berechnen. Dies steht leider nicht im Inserat. :-( Leichte Probleme mit warmen Wasser in der Dusche. Dafür einen kleinen Garten, der allerdings viel Pflege benötigen würde. Man hörte auch, wenn die U-Bahn ihren Betrieb aufnahm, so wie die Geräusche aus der Nachbarwohnung. WLAN im oberen Schlafzimmer nicht vorhanden. Was zu Unmut bei den Teenies führte. :-(
