This fabulous 5-bedroom villa offers both luxury and comfort in a fantastic and central location. The villa is located just minutes' walk from the resort center and beaches of Protaras. The villa is furnished to a high standard both inside and outside, and the spacious garden and pool area overlooking the beautiful sea views provide the perfect setting for a memorable holiday.
As you enter the villa, you will find the stylish and contemporary open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room features a comfortable sofa and a widescreen satellite TV, the dining area has a table and chairs to seat 8 persons, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and features an island with seating for an extra three persons. This open-plan area is surrounded by large patio doors that lead to the garden and pool area and overlooks the stunning views. You will also find two of the bedrooms on this floor, one with a single bed and the other with a double bed. There is a bathroom with a shower and WC on this floor, as well as an additional bathroom with a WC.
Upstairs, you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 3 features an en-suite bathroom with a shower and WC, a double bed, and doors leading to the large, shared balcony. Bedroom 4 has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and WC, a bunk bed, and balcony access. Bedroom 5 features an en-suite bathroom with a shower and WC, a bunk bed, two single beds, and balcony access. All three bedrooms offer sea views.
Outside, the large garden features an infinity pool and is the ideal place to spend lazy days sunbathing. An outside seating area by the pool that overlooks the views is perfect for evening dining and entertainment.

As we looked around to see who is going to manage these properties, as well as rent them, we saw a huge gap in the rental market, as the only companies that we could see offering these services were not what we were looking for. Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is the most successful short-term rental provider in the Famagusta area as well as manager of over 150+ villas. With such a wide range of villas, Imagine Villa Rentals is able to accommodate you, no matter how big your group.
