This apartment is located between Las Cortes and Plaza de Santa Ana, on a well-known street where road traffic is restricted and where walking will be a real delight. The Prado Museum, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, the Plaza de Las Cortes and the Royal Botanical Garden are just a 5-minute walk away. This area also offers a wide culinary offer, with international restaurants and quality traditional tapas bars. Anyone will feel at home and surrounded by every comfort.

The apartment:

The apartment is located on the second floor of a beautiful renovated building equipped with a large and modern elevator with access for the disabled. Decorated with designer furniture inspired by the 1950s and replicas of well-chosen emblematic pieces, it has marble floors, underfloor heating, air conditioning controlled by home automation in all rooms and high-quality insulation. The bright colors of the decoration, combined with wood, carpets and curtains, give warmth to the environment.

With capacity for 5 people, it has 2 bedrooms and 1 en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom has a double bed; the second bedroom has a single bed. Both have comfortable built-in wardrobes.

The living room is equipped with a double sofa bed. The open kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The bathroom has a large shower.

The crib is subject to availability. Please let us know at most 5 days in advance.

The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment's boiler will take place at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will take place in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

Work will be carried out on the building's storage rooms, this will affect the apartments as little as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or electric vehicle. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanction in this regard.
