Oast Barn Cottage: sleeps 2 in 1 bedroom, sitting room, kitchen/diner, one bathroom (roll top tub and shower). Front yard / garden. Parking for two vehicles on the drive. Lovely views from all windows to the countryside.

Compact yet well equipped with all you need. Electric hob and oven, fridge with freezer box, washing machine with dryer function, kettle, toaster, microwave.
Dining table with two chairs (2 more available on request for occasional visitors)
Sitting Room
Comfortable but cosy seating for 3, log burner, TV with dvd player and a library of dvds to enjoy and board games.
First Floor: Via a steep wooden staircase, (support rail on both sides)
Bathroom
Huge luxurious bathroom with a centre stage freestanding bath tub, dresser style sink and separate shower.
Master Bedroom
King sized double bed (sleeps 2), Freestanding French wardrobe.
Outside
Lawned garden area with bistro table and chair set. Driveway can be closed by a gate for up to 2 cars. BBQ (coal) in the summer available.

The hosts provide sustainable and ethically sourced products for an eco-friendly break, and all products are plastic free. From vegan scented soaps, to bamboo toilet paper, as well as a small organic welcome hamper, including doggy treats, Kent Life magazine and complimentary basket of logs.
High speed V-Fast Wi-Fi
Antibacterial hand wash and soap is supplied at each sink. The cottage is cleaned with antibacterial cleaning products throughout.
Free pass to Belmont House Gardens.
Pets welcome - Discount for two dogs, please speak to our team to arrange. Please note additional pet charges are ÂŁ35 per pet per week (or part of) will be charged.
2 private car parking spaces.
Selection of DVDs and games available for guests to use.
Cot and highchair available on request.
Barbecue and coal provided.
The ceilings on the ground floor are low in parts, with the lowest height being 1.86 metres.
