Aloha och Välkommen till Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums Condo A03 i soliga South Maui! Condo A3 är en ett sovrum, bottenvåningen lägenhet enhet med en delvis havsutsikt, som sover 4. Kihei Sands Condominium ligger direkt på en av Maui bästa stränder, Sugar Beach. Från vår pool och grillplats uteplats kan du praktiskt taget röra vid stranden - ren, sandig, obestämd och sträcker sig i miles i båda riktningarna. Hur långt är det till stranden? Bokstavligen ca 6 meter! Våra uteplatser och gräsmattor är idylliska. Njut av varje morgon med färskt bryggt kaffe och varje kväll tittar på en spektakulär solnedgång medan du grillar middag och njuter av en dryck.
Kihei Sands är en speciell plats full av Aloha-andan. Vår intima layout ger det perfekta läget för återföreningar, gruppresor, smekmånad, seniorer, familjer, par och vänner. Everything was well taken care of , had anything you really needed if you were going to cook . Location Tucked in between a resort and another condo complex on the water .The property is very well maintained and pool & patio area are very nice . I would stay there again

I had a wonderful, relaxing time at Kihei Sands! Connie and the team were great hosts and the property is absolutely beautiful! I really appreciated the condo has lots of beach chairs and umbrellas for communal use. I look forward to returning soon!

The most magical vacation spot!

The condo was so cozy and Kihei is a quiet place with a ton to do with just a short drive. Sugar Beach gave us a special, non crowded area to go when we had some down time and the people that hang on the patio were all so incredibly friendly. The condo itself stayed so cool we barely needed the air on and it was nice to have the ocean breeze coming through the patio door. Next time we go to Maui we will definitely be staying in the same spot!

At times it was like having our own private beach. Didn’t have to fight the crowds. Loved that we could walk a few places. When we did drive, I felt the condo was in a convenient location. We were content most of time time to just sit at the pool and play on the beach. Connie, the property manager, went above and beyond for us. She is such an asset for Kihei Sands. We would definitely stay again!

Connie and Patrick go above and beyond to insure your stay is completely everything you dream of. The grounds are clean, the courtyard is stunning with the most gorgeous landscape. Fresh coffee every morning out by the pool. The condo we rent A3 is our HOME AWAY FROM HOME. When we open the door I feel like “I’m home”. The furniture is beautiful, the decor is perfect!!! We love cooking breakfast in the kitchen , make lunches to go for the day and then a delicious dinner at all the fabulous restaurants in Kihei. This condominium is absolutely a slice of heaven. 2023 we stayed in it 3 times for a week!! Just came back this August 2024. Another incredible stay!!! We are REPEAT guests!!

It is a beautiful, clean, classy 1 bedroom 1 bath family room dinning room and kitchen with a beautiful lanai. The bed is extremely comfortable and the condo is furnished with everything you need. Even a hair dryer!!! Your condo front door is less than 200 feet from the 8 mile long Sugar Beach. Sunsets at night are breathtaking. You are close to all beaches, cafes, fine dining, shops, downtown Kihei and the best Shave Ice!! The manager Connie on the property is so kind and helpful. The grounds are always clean and meticulously maintained. Parking is easy as they have a lot big enough fur all guests! I highly recommend staying in Unit A3, it is my home away from home. Mahalo to the owners for sharing with all of us.

Fridge is pretty old & kind of rusty & the ice maker does not work. All the furnishings were nice, but the comforter in the bedroom needs attention. Inside has a couple of blood spots. Overall, it's very quiet & the beach is beautiful. The buildings are well kept & the grounds are so nice.

When it came to picking a place for our honeymoon we knew we wanted to return. These condos are just a lovely hidden gem. They’re stocked with everything you need to have a beautiful vacation. Furthermore, their location right on sugar beach is perfect. We spent some incredible days reading in the gorgeous lounge chairs, BBQing dinner, and snorkelling with turtles in the great reef right off the condo! We hope to be back soon!
