Aloha och Välkommen till Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums Condo B10 i soliga södra Maui! Condo B10 är mycket smakfullt inredda med fina konstverk och målningar. Det ombyggda köket har moderna apparater och är fullt utrustat med köksredskap. Det finns en HD-platt-TV med HD-kabelkanaler i vardagsrummet och även i sovrum på huvudnivå; och en HD-DVR / BlueRay-spelare i vardagsrummet. Nya Mitsubishi A / C och takfläktar i hela lägenheten kommer att ge luftflödeskomfort. Det övervåningen sovrummet har en king size-säng med ny Sealy Posturepedic madrass med integrerad. Det huvudsakliga sovrummet har en dubbelsäng med extrem komfortmadrass. Dessutom finns det en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet om du har en femte eller sjätte person.

Kihei Sands Condominium ligger direkt på en av Mauis bästa stränder, Sugar Beach. Från vår pool vid havet och uteplatsen för grillplats kan du praktiskt taget röra vid stranden - rent, sandigt, obefolkat och sträcka dig mil i endera riktningen. Hur långt är det till stranden? The most amazing home base for the best trip

We stayed with our two daughters (5 and 7) and had the best stay. Easy checking in and out; all the things we needed and the best porch and view. The ocean and pool access couldn’t have been better and all the activities we wanted (snorkel trip, surfing, sight seeing) were convenient. Best stay ever!

Wonderful

Great property with a great location. We could walk out of the condo barefoot, down the stairs, across the grass, and right onto the beach where we could walk in either direction on smooth sand. Hope to go back again someday.

Great place with a good view

Great little group of Condos. Easy to check in, good communication with property managers, property was clean and well taken care of. We were in unit B10 and had a good view of the water but unit A11 or B11 would be better as it is right on the ocean. Parking is a little tight so bring a smaller car, if possible.

Well stocked condo--great for families!!

We enjoyed the community grill and smore night provided by the host. I would have rated this five stars but the view wasn't as pretty as some of the other areas we visited on the island. The afternoon winds due to being in between two mountains was high! So we couldn't enjoy the beach in the afternoons (only mornings and evenings). Overall, we were pleased with our stay and would rent this condo again.

Great location!

Our condo at Kihei Sands was great. The property managers were friendly, helpful, and very responsive. The location was great and the access to the beach as close as the description says. The patio at Kihei Sands is a lovely place to spend the afternoon / evening. Our condo had beach chairs and an umbrella which was really helpful. The location in Kihei is nice because it's a quiet spot that's also centrally located to West and South Maui. A few things to know ahead of time: the parking spaces are very narrow so don't rent a large vehicle. The laundry required ten quarters each for washing and drying. The laundry room is open from 2-8 PM but the office (where you get the quarters) is only open until 3 PM, so plan ahead to get your laundry money! Also, it wasn't entirely clear from the listing and photos, but the master bedroom upstairs is open to below and not a private/enclosed space. Not necessarily a problem, but something to be aware of.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at Kihei Sands. The condo unit was clean, quiet, had nice views, and great supplies. The patio and proximity to the beach was lovely. Check in was very convenient and easy peasy. Staff were very friendly and helpful!It is located in close (walkable) proximity to a local farmers market and the ABC store, but a vehicle is needed for most sights and/or regular shopping and getting to restaurants.We had everything we needed in the condo (kitchen supplies), all bedding and a good supply of bath towels. It was nice to also have 2 dedicated beach towels each as well! Great to have a cooler, umbrella and chairs for the beach days. We used the laundry facilities and they were clean and convenient (you can get change onsite at the office).The welcome gift basket was a nice surprise and the binder with local info was very helpful.We did find there was a little bit of noise from a few adjoining condos when we were there (a few large groups were also staying at the time) but it settled down quickly. It was also a little intimidating when those groups take over the BBQs and the common patio area.Overall a wonderful place to stay while on Maui!

Wonderful Experience Every Time

I love the location in Kihei in that the beach is not crowded and the morning walks are such a pleasure. The space out front by the pool and bbq's is really conducive to meeting new people and having great conversations. At the end of the day I appreciate the quiet evenings and hearing the sound of the surf, wonderful!

I wouldn’t stay there again

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is awful....the pool is tiny...the beach is one of the worst in Kihei. The units are dated looking and the carpeting in the outdoor hallways are dirty. The balcony fits two people. The living room seats 3 people. Very small living area and dining area. The complimentary beach chairs and water toys are dirty and old. We literally walked in and started searching other places to stay. We ended up paying to stay somewhere else, even though we could not get a refund here.
