Lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex apartment on the 7th floor of Block A in the beachfront Skol Building, in the heart of Marbella. This bright east-facing apartment enjoys morning sun, and has wonderful views to the sea and the Puerto Deportivo, the Parque de la ConstituciĂłn, and the mountains guarding Marbella's back. The popular Skol Building lies 50m from the famous Puerto Deportivo, and is surrounded by fine-dining restaurants, bars, and shops.
Accommodation comprises: lift access; on the bottom floor, large living/dining room with full height windows allowing maximum light; doors to the lovely terrace; compact fitted kitchen with hob, microwave, washing machine, etc.; on the top floor, master bedroom with amazing views; second interior bedroom with twin beds; and separate bathroom with shower over bath. The oven in the pictures is not available at the moment.
đ The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.
â Private A/C in the bedrooms and the living room.
đâ Among the Skol's facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round. Sunbeds have a cost of âŹ3 per day, and are occupied on a first-come-first-served basis.

The final cleaning of the apartment is included as long as the apartment is left tidy, without dirty dishes or utensils, and the rubbish is taken out to the street container. You do not need to wash towels or sheets; we do this in our own laundry.
