Beautiful, private and close to everything

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here for a week. The pool is perfect for families with small children. The house is laid out perfectly for privacy and also for entertaining everyone as a group. The location of the home is within walking distance to the beach and the town. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Coast Village Home

Our group included myself, my husband, our teens, and their friends for Spring Break. There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy each other's company, but also to have privacy when needed. The location could not have been better within easy walking distance to the fabulous restaurants and shops on Coast Village Road. We hardly moved our cars the whole week!

Big disappointment

Hardly any room for us in the kitchen. Their stuff was all over including the freezer and refrigerator. Kitchen not organized or clean. Master bather shower never drained properly. Bugs in the shower. There were very minimal or dim lights in the family area. Only good thing about the house was the backyard. House needs some disclaimers. A lot of money for third rate accommodations.

Wonderful resort living in Montecito! Walkable to Beach and Town

Roomy luxury home which accommodated our family perfectly for a week in Santa Barbara. Large well equipped kitchen where our family gathered and enjoyed cooking together. We brought a board puzzle that was a center of activity in the family room throughout the week. The 4 bedrooms allowed for remote zoom work for our young adult children when needed. House has new wood flooring and was clean with abundant light. Some furnishings and linens were older and were due to be replaced. Bedding was quite comfortable. The highlight was the beautiful pool and spa that was spacious with sparkling blue water that we enjoyed throughout the week. Location was ideal just 2 blocks from lower Montecito village where excellent morning cappachino's were found at Bree'osh. The house manual provided all the highlights of sights, eateries and other local knowledge. Owners were a delight to communicate with. We look to another stay as our home away from home in Santa Barbara!

Another stay in this beautiful home! Great location to upper and lower village of Montecito and an easy bike ride to downtown Santa Barbara. Would highly reccomend this property to all, very family friendly.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We loved the house and location- right in the heart of Montecito- easy access and walking distance from the beach and town. House has a fabulous design / decoration, fun yard, pool, back patio area- everything our young family was looking for. 5 star rating!

You won't even need a car to enjoy the finest Montecito and Santa Barbara has to offer.

We spend as much time enjoying the environs outside the house as inside. The house has a great flow, with three large living spaces and a entertainer's floor plan to allow for both quite time reading, working or watching one of three TVs sets, as well as amazing family gatherings. Upstairs master steps lead to backyard pool, gated parking lot can double as a full-court basketball area. Gourmet kitchen flows to outdoor patio with wood-pellet Traeger Grill for delicious foodie cookouts and Sonos speaker system throughout the house. Pool area includes jacuzzi spa, pool room with separate bathroom/changing area and two large lawns for sports activities like a game of croquet or bocci ball.
