Swift Cottage is a ground-floor cottage resting in East Taphouse in Cornwall. Hosting two double bedrooms, along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside, there is a front patio with seating and a large garden with lawned area, decking with barbecue and seating areas, whilst off-road parking is available. Swift Cottage is the perfect base for an idyllic farm retreat.
Amenities: Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, Highchair, Travel cot, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV, radio, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking. Communal landscaped courtyard gardens to the rear. Private garden with lawned area including barbecue and seating area to the front. Enclosed outdoor seating patio area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.8 miles. Note: There are a couple of internal steps down to both bedrooms and shower room, take care. Note: WiFi will be available from 28th April.Please note: The two singles can be pushed together to make a super king.
