Modern interior and a breathtaking view best describes this beautiful 2 bedroom vacation home. Located above the Old town, this property will surely be a great choice for all travelers wishing to experience all Dubrovnik has to offer.
Located on a hilly area of Dubrovnik, this apartment offers a spacious living room with a sofa bed which can accommodate 1 additional guest, a laptop friendly work space, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, two bedrooms both with queen size beds and ensuite bathrooms and one additional full bathroom. From the living room glass doors open onto a balcony with sitting area and a fantastic view over the Old town and the Adriatic, a perfectly cozy corner to start and finish off your day.
Amenities include: AC(both bedrooms and living area), SAT TV, WiFi, iron/ironing board, washing machine with dryer, three full bathrooms(2 ensuite) with hair dryer, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, coffee maker and toaster, a lovely balcony with coffee table and chairs.
The apartment is located in the well-known Ploce area, on an elevated part accessible only by stairs. It can be reached by descending approximately 80 steps (stairs) from the upper road, and even more from the bottom road. The Old Town is just a 5-minute walk away, down a set of stairs. However, climbing back up to the apartment from the Old Town would be more convenient by taking a taxi or using a ride-sharing service like Uber, due to the number of stairs involved. The apartment's advantageous position above the Old Town ensures that important historical sights, a grocery store, restaurants, and café bars are all within a 5-7 minute walk. Additionally, the famous Banje beach and the island of Lokrum, accessible by boat from the Old Port, can also be reached within a 7-minute walk from the property.
Please note: the apartment is located within Dubrovnikâs Special Traffic Regulation Zone, introduced in June 2025. Arrival by private car is not possible, as vehicle access is restricted in this area.

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.
All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.Â
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. *

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00, or earlier in case apartment has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare apartment for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana MatijaĆĄeviÄa 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
In order to receive your entrance code it is important that you fill out our PreCheck-in form which will be sent to you automatically several times before your arrival.
