There’s a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, suitable for any meal preparation. Guests will find friendly seating areas along with the living room that has a smart TV. Nice stay in Rhodos, but ...

It is a really nice villa with pool. We had a nice check-in. During the stay we had recognized that the owner is living in the cellar of the house. The booking gave the impression of a full villa rent. But there was no interference with him. The near road was really noisy during the night. The grill place was not fully usable as there was just a mini table without chairs. We transported other table and chairs to the grill place. This have led to discussions during checkout. strange behavior of the villa management. in the booking pictures were chairs and table. moreover, every night super bright led lights were automatically switched on making absolutely no nice ambience in the garden. The absolute highlight was a broken sunbed, maybe 10 years old. We did not cause the damage. It still worked. So we said nothing. 3 days after checkout we got an email to pay 120 euro. We explained but there was no way They took the money from deposit. So we paid new price for a 10 years old sunbed. really unfair. This happened first time during 10 years renting high class villas in autumn.... Altogether just 2 stars......................................................................srts

Tolle Villa mit leichten Schwächen

Wir haben im Juni 2025 hier 2 schöne Wochen verbracht. Der Empfang war herzlich und bei Problemen war ein WhatsApp-Kontakt zur Stelle und um Abhilfe bemüht. Es gibt nur einen Hausschlüssel. Bei 8 Personen schwierig. Für die Liegen am Pool gibt es keine Auflagen und nur einen Sonnenschirm! Der Pool ist toll mit Gegenstromanlage und den Massagedüsen. Der Erhaltungszustand lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Das Silikon müsste erneuert werden und bei Betrieb der Massagedüsen tritt Wasser neben dem Pool aus. Der Grill in der Grillecke zieht schlecht, funktioniert aber. Leider steht hier nur ein kleiner Tisch ohne Stühle. So ließ sich das Ambiente nicht nutzen und gegessen haben wir auf der Terrasse vor der Küche. Aber die kaltweiße Wandlampe schafft hier keine gemütliche Stimmung. Die Küchenausstattung ist zu dürftig für 8 Personen. Der Herd kommt nicht richtig auf Temperatur. Der Backofen hat 2x die Sicherung rausgehauen. Die Betten sind durchgelegen. In einigen Schlafzimmern fehlt es an Schränken und nutzbaren Steckdosen. Die Badezimmer sind sehr unterschiedlich. In zweien gibt es eine geräumige Dusche. In einem eine Badewanne und im 4. Bad nur eine sehr kleine Eckdusche mit Duschvorhang! Der Nachbar hat Hühner, Hähne, Truthähne und Hunde. Das Gackern und Krähen war noch erträglich, aber einige Nächte haben die Hunde stundenlang gekläfft. Wir konnten uns arrangieren und unseren Urlaub genießen. Die Villa ist nicht neu, aber ein paar Investitionen könnten den Urlaubswert steigern.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit einem aufmerksamen Gastgeber

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden, der Inhaber ist persönlich vorbeigekommen um sich nach unserem Befinden zu erkundigen. "Mängel" wurden schnellstmöglich behoben. Wir haben das Haus sehr sauber vorgefunden. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die Matratzen, die wahrscheinlich klassische Federkerne haben, die man entsprechend fühlen konnte.
